Muy mala, estuve sin el servicio completo me hicieron darme de baja en el anterior q tenía y me dejaron en el aire y cada uno se quitan la responsabilidad no son un equipo van por divididos igual q el gobierno, llevo más de dos semanas q mande un correo y me dieran de baja y no lo han hecho para q pasara el mes y me quieran cobran, he devuelto el recibo, por sentirme estafado y robado en toda regla.

Pros

El trato es muy globalizado, muy limitados hablan muy bonito como todo andaluz pero en los momentos críticos no dan la talla, se pasan la responsabilidad de un departamento a otro

Son plataforma que dependen de Google lo mejor es pagar a google y le sale más barato

Pros

Covermanager a nivel operativo es una herramienta completamente amigable y para mí día a día imprescindible, pero más allá de las funcionalidades infinitas que cover tiene lo que más me ha gustado de cover es el trato tan cercano , efectivo y familiar que tiene su equipo con nuestra empresa.

Cons

La verdad covermanager cubre todas mis necesidades en cuanto a motor de reservas

Excelente, el trato en nuestro caso de Rafael Román es cercano y con una gestión muy rápida y eficiente, estamos muy contentos

La facilidad de uso, calidad y cantidad de información sobre los clientes

Cons

Realmente no echamos de menos nada, quizás pida demasiado pero me gustaría tener un sistema que cuando cambiemos precios de cartas, también lo haga en los productos que tenemos integrados

Pros

La aplicación es muy intuitiva y si además lo sincronizas con tu software de ventas podrás tener muchísima información. Facilidad total a la hora de resolver consultas. Su equipo se preocupa por analizar tu rendimiento y están comprometidos con el cliente. Los avisos de otras reservas en otros restaurantes de Cover hacen que estemos mucho más preparados ante un no-show. Calidad precio estupendo en el cover básico.

Cons

La aplicación es mejorableLas tarifas a los efectos de anticipos, tarjetas a clientes, etc. me parecen un poco caras

Pros

Desde el día uno fue una apuesta para cambiar la manera en la que gestionabamos las reservas en el restaurante, la asesoria y apoyo por parte de Fran Hebles ha sido siempre A1, nos ha guiado en todo para obtener lo que necesitamos en el momento y siempre en Pro a mejorar en todos los aspectos lo cual ha repercutido positivamente en el restaurante, en general estamos bastante contentos hasta la fecha, es una herramienta fácil de usar y extremadamente útil si le sacas su máximo provecho, además todo el equipo de covermanager ha sido siempre excelente.

Cons

Esto quizas es un poco "externo" a covermanager y a las funcionalidades de la herramienta, sin embargo, entra dentro de las facilidades que covermanager deberia dar como empresa en general, especialmente en estos momentos post pandemia en la que pasamos por situaciones económicas complicadas.Considero que deberia haber mayor flexibilidad en caso de que se retrasen algunas facturas, otras empresas y proveedores en hostelería han mostrado mucha mas flexibilidad en este asunto y se agradece muchísimo cuando lo hacen, especialmente si tenemos mucho tiempo trabajando juntos y confiando en la empresa y herramienta.

No concebimos el día a día de los restaurantes sin Cover manager. Al igual que no concebimos un restaurante sin cocina

Pros

Es una herramienta que ayuda bastante a la gestión diaria de reservas de un modo fácil e intuitivo. Asimismo te permite crear una base de datos de clientes muy interesantes y que nos reporta una gran información para dar un mejor servicio de CRM.

Cons

En cover at home, ha habido situaciones puntuales que nos han hecho confundirnos en los pedidos de delivery por el tema de tiempos de entrega. Por otra parte, no hemos conseguido integrar bien el sistema de resevas con Revo.

Trabajar con cover es muy fácil, sobre todo por el equipo de personas que hay detrás que hacen todo lo posible por ayudarte.Mención especial a \[contenido sensible oculto\], por el trato tan cercano.

Pros

Gracias a Cover la gestión de las reservas y mesas de nuestro negocio se ha automatizado, lo que nos ha permitido ahorrar un montón de tiempo para dedicarlo a otras tareas.

Cons

Lo que menos nos ha gustado es no habernos trabajado con ellos desde hace más tiempo.
