We love it as venue, the clients also love it, I think it is a brilliant tool for Venues moving forward.

Pros

The customer support from Sona's is amazing, \[sensitive content hidden\] is always quick to respond and is super helpful, she will send over a video on how to do or clear instructions. they are always open to feedback and the system is mostly easy to use (always easy to use once you know how)

Cons

Some bits are very fiddly! If you change one thing sometimes you have to go through manually and change others which is time consuming.

Cannot fault Sonas - changeover was very simple and they provide excellent training and support. Everything we asked for was provided. Very helpful team

Pros

Excellent customer service from Holly. Holly provides excellent on board training and support. Training was very engaging. The response time is super quick and we felt supported through the whole process.

Cons

Nothing - we are very happy with our choice. It provides us with much more than what we had originally hoped for

Sonas has significantly improved how we manage our wedding venue. It keeps our sales leads organised, helps us track each step through to contract signing, and makes monitoring payments simple. Once our menus were customised, couples found it easy to enter guest names, meal choices, and seating plans. The timeline feature is especially helpful for keeping both staff and clients informed. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been amazing from day one. She answered every question quickly and guided us through the early stages with so much patience. Even now, three years on, she responds almost immediately and is always cheerful, supportive, and willing to help.

Pros

The journey from a client's first contact, through post-tour messages and then booking a wedding and signing contracts is a smooth process.

Cons

Setting up new menus can be fiddly, but the help articles and the instant chat facility are very useful in figuring out these details

10/10 - the integration is lengthy but it needs to be to ensure it's all set up correctly. I think that also reflects how detailed Sonas is, so it's worth spending the time to set it up correctly. Overall, I would highly recommend Sonas, and not just for the software itself but for the support too - working with amazing people is so important and I am so grateful to them for their work with us!

Pros

Sonas is intuitive, detailed and user friendly! I have already had emails from clients who are so excited about using it for their wedding planning. One of the biggest positives of Sonas for me, is the support. From the very first enquiry, the team have been nothing but responsive, supportive, friendly and helpful. The onboarding process is outstanding, they are available every step of the way and despite time differences, emails are always timely. We reviewed a number of other options and the service truly made Sonas stand out to us. Sonas is so easily customisable to your venue, whenever I thought I'd come up with a problem that couldn't be solved, there was a very easy answer! Thank you so much for helping us implement an amazing CRM that is going to make our lives so much easier!

Cons

Nothing major, but I do wish we could integrate our current emailing marketing software with Sonas - that would really be the icing on the cake! But the updates that come out are great and they are always adding new features and listening to feedback. I can't really fault it!

We find Sonas very easy to use - it was really easy to transfer over all our existing bookings and a smooth journey for our couples from start to finish.

Pros

Easy to use, great team available with excellent training. Mostly very clear for us at a venue to use and have all the information about a wedding in one place. Our couples enjoy being able to have an online system that is easy to keep all their wedding plans in one place.

Cons

Not being able to click through each event and having to go back to the calendar to get to the next event is a big issue for us at the venue. There also seem to be slight teething issue but these do seem to be dealt with when we bring them up with Holly or Tech.

\[sensitive content hidden\] and the team have been so helpful and made using the software great. Even after the set up/training process they have been so helpful and the chat element on the system is great with quick responses.

Pros

The softwear has been helping track enquries and help with chase ups. Helping with contracts, email templates, scheduled emails, bookings, viewings and organising the wedding events. It has bee well received by nearly all our customers and I have been able to easily help with any queries. The team have been so helpful with updates and training during the set up process.

Cons

Set up was tricky and the menu can be difficult to navigate. Customers are finding this the biggest hurdle when planning everything. The room layout isn't the easiest to navigate. Working on a phone is also tricky and a stumbling block for customers.

The Sonas team have been fantastic from day one. From the initial setup right through to ongoing support, they have taken the time to truly understand our business and its specific needs. They are always open to feedback and have consistently listened to our suggestions for improvements or adjustments that help the system work even better for us.

Pros

Sonas has genuinely transformed the way we manage our weddings and events, streamlining so many of the administrative tasks that come with event planning. Having everything centralised in one place has significantly reduced both time and stress for our team, and the system is a pleasure to use. Our couples really value it too, as it keeps everything clear, organised, and easily accessible. The support behind the software is exceptional. It’s incredibly reassuring to know that if we ever have a question or run into an issue, we can simply use the chat function and receive a prompt, helpful response.

Cons

Nothing to date. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly by the Sonas team. The software is extremely user friendly

Exemplary and with ease! On hand support whenever we need it. Assistance given to grow areas and departments we didnt consider - personal and bespoke to our needs

Pros

Sonas has been a great addition to us as a Wedding Venue. Easy to use and navigate around - customers love it and the administration for us as Wedding Planners has dramatically reduced since working with the software. Great support from the team with queries and constant upgrades evolving all the time. Great Value for money that we have implemented through to our other business! Keep up the great work

Cons

As anything the 'change' into something new isnt always something we choose. So the 'cons' was learning a new system but that was the process not the software. The initial build was completed by the Sonas team with on hand assistance at all times

Being a rural Australian farm venue we almost thought having a program such as Sonas was out of our reach or capacity. But \[sensitive content hidden\] was our hero and has been so patient and encouraging with our team as we learnt the very foreign ropes. Its been an amazing experience!

Pros

The onboarding process with \[sensitive content hidden\] was absolutely outstanding! Everyone needs a \[sensitive content hidden\] ! What we like most thus far is the ease of learning the software with great mentors. We have also particularly liked the email management aspect.

Cons

I would love an integration with accommodation management software for venues with large amounts of accomodation.

As an employee who appreciates and organised system and workforce, this software has helped massively. Customers of ours also comment on the software's abilities and it makes us sound modern and up to date with new event organisation.

Pros

My favourite part about Sonas is how all information can be kept in one location for all to access at any moment - the customer, colleagues and yourself. Having everything together saves time, effort and money making several copies of various things. Ability to assign certain people to emails and jobs helps with venue management and the flow of our priorities as a business.

Cons

I wish it was mobile-friendly. An app would be ideal, especially in the line of work that we use it in.

One version of the truth, everyone working from the same function sheets and can be accessed anywhere, anytime!! Has saved labor hours typing up client final details, all communications and emails are in one place, all the way from initial enquiry so easily referred back to and chases payments. It does everything we need !!

Improved Table planning function, guest list and room layout could be better and user friendly

### "Excellent software for our wedding venues "

Pros

As the head of marketing across a wedding venue group, the reporting and analytics that Sonas enables our business to gather have been invaluable. The platform provides clear graphs charting spikes and dips and this part of the software forms the basis of many of our conversations within the business. Separately from marketing, Sonas helps the sales and events team to manage events all the way from the initial inquiry to the completed event. The customer service provided is always fast and thorough.

Cons

From a marketing point of view, I would love to be able to use the platform to deliver more targeted and measured email marketing campaigns, although I believe an integration is on the way. I also feel the team and couples using the software would benefit from training videos as opposed to articles showing them how to use the software from the beginning of an inquiry to the end event. In the future, it would also be great for us to be able to use the platform to continue the relationship with our couples after their wedding has taken place e.g. by sending automated anniversary wishes.

### "A fantastic "off the shelf" CRM"

Overall a fantastic CRM, with a user friendly interface and and ever growing list of features. Holly at Sonas went above and beyond in supporting our business through the set up and training period and kept us on track. For the money its a fantastic system and would recommend for anyone looking for an "off the shelf" CRM, you wont find anything better. Just be prepared to allocate proper resource to setting it all up.

Pros

\* Easy to access and simple user interface \* Customer portal looks great, a nice feature that other CRM's lack \* Would make tracking sales leads a breeze \* Customer service is incredible, always available to help \* Some nice customizable options

Cons

\* Found invoicing functions difficult to adjust to \* Function sheet print outs were lengthy \* Building the system takes time and dedication
