I have nothing but frustration and disappointment after working with them Pros Generally easy to use for members as long as they don't care about looking up any previous results or workout history Cons Super ambiguous price increases happening multiple times within a year. Customer service is about as productive as pissing into the wind Reasons for choosing SugarWOD I thought it would be an improvement...we all make mistakes though and all we can do is learn from them.
