Pros I like the functionality of the Data, however, what has proven to be the most valuable asset is working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], my Client success Manager. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been a tremendous help to me and my organization by providing critical insight into certain functions and ways of cutting the data, that has been a tremendous help to me. From onboarding to working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] on trainings and support and quick knowledgeable responses to the EMD team have been amazing. Not to mention having \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] as or Sales support lead in building out the necessary needs catered to EMD. Based on our prior Market Access provider the switch back to MMIT has been embraced greatly by the entire team. Pros The Analytics3 tool bar helps to navigate the tools with great ease. The additional user guides have been extremely helpful for new users across all products. The trainings by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] Has been absolutely awesome! She has worked with most of our team on both group and independent trainings with rave reviews! So with that said when you train someone for the first time the tools are very intuitive to most if not all users. The tools also attracts you to try to figure out what you are looking to understand. Cons At this time. I am not aware of any negative feedback. Outside from new users not sure where to start. Reason for choosing MMIT Past experience with MMIT. The additional support that they offer based on company acquisitions. And also knowing their track record with large pharma. Review Source SD Samvid D. Director of Market Access Pharmaceuticals Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Jay moore review" July 23, 2021 4.0 It is a real asset to my daily operational work and it is invaluable for me when preparing communications and appointments with HPs and PBMs. Pros It is quick and easy to get a list at the plan level for each HP and PBM I want to track and sort it by status of the product. Cons It is difficult to look at differences between Plan view and PBM view and sort through the separate reports to determine who owns what lives.
