Pros We have equipment in multiple locations and deparments. Some of our equipment is older, we can associate repair costs directly with a fixed assets and generate reports for cost of maintaining our equipment over time. It is the perfect solution for asset management, rather than managing seperate system. Some of the key features like integrated tax schedules, customisable reports, Multi book entries, Asset Proposals and ability to modify assets were the attractions we liked in Net asset. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] helped us through the set up process and explain and guide us through the whole process Cons So far, we have not experienced any problems with Netassets Reason for choosing NetAsset The main reason we chose Netasset was because it is an embedded add - on for Netsuite. The flexibility, customization, use of the clearing accounts, automation, approval flow, and compatibility with our GL on the NetSuite side has all felt like a big improvement for us and the volume of assets we track. Pros What I like most is the flexibility that this software provides. It is easy to edit records and any true-ups of data that are needed are automatically done when needed. Reports are also very customizable. Cons I think there are still a few things that aren't super intuitive about the software, but I've seemed to be able to play around with and test the software enough to still give me the data I need. Accounting Manager Accounting Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "The perfect fixed asset software for NetSuite" February 15, 2022 5.0 What we needed was a software for a client that would track patents in process and them capitalize those costs together into one asset to be amortized. NetAsset allows us to do that inside NetSuite perfectly and exactly the way I envisioned. During integration I repeated what I wanted over and over again to make sure they understood what I was looking for, because I almost didn't believe that a software wouldn't have some annoying catch, but in reality there was no catch. The integration team was able to set it up exactly the way I wanted and created custom fields and reports for me. Pros NetAsset's reports and asset capitalization were the two biggest reasons we went with them. Looking at pictures of their reports on their website I knew that is what I wanted, and it is exactly what we were given. The integration team I worked with helped every step of the way and added all of our requested customizations to that the software works perfectly for what we need. Cons On the depreciation schedules it shows the first day of the month instead of the last day of the month, though the entries are posted on the last day. This really doesn't matter and has no effect on the functionality of the software, but to find something I don't like I really have to nitpick since everything works so well for us. Reason for choosing NetAsset NetAsset was the software we went with because of its ability to work 100% inside NetSuite and for its ability to give you all the reports with exact drill down detail. We are able to easily keep track of our thousands of assets in one place and analyze them in several different ways. Entries are easy to run monthly with tons of available features (period, subsidiary, location, etc.). I am able to use the standard reports provided to help reconcile my accounts every month and customize them as I deem necessary. Our customer support with our specialist \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been absolutely incredible! Cons Nothing! It is very user friendly and if we are ever stuck, our representative helps us right away. Compared to other systems, NetAsset is very user friendly allowing us to generate schedules, journal entries and reports with ease. When creating amortization schedules, we were impressed by how easy it is to generate, customize and export in the system. December 6, 2021 5.0 NetAsset was very easy to get started on. Tying out to our current schedules was easy with the help of the NetGain team. Their support was on top of all our questions and was really accommodating when we wanted to move our go-live date forward. The team at NetGain made this a very great and easy experience to get started. Pros Before NetGain we were using a mix of different softwares through the year with multiple people making entries. These systems did not have rules in place for type of assets and useful like. So we had a collection of similar type assets being depreciated at 3 different years of useful life. Being able to have our policies set on asset types makes entering assets on a monthly basis very easy. For having a great system that pushes entries into your GL for assets this is the best product. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking. Cons Nothing so far in using the product, we have enjoyed using it. Review Source Don C. The customer service and deployment were stellar. The ease of the system and reporting are beyond compare. We got this product after implementing NetLease and realizing how amazing their line of products are. Pros My absolute favorite thing about this software is the ease of editing and combining assets. The entire team is knowledgable and was great to work with. Pros The team at NetAsset went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth implementation. The product has allowed us to streamline our processes with fixed assets and post consistent journal entries each month while also having clear records of all assets and the ability to run reports on the data. Now the asset tracking is automated to leave more time for high-level activities. Cons The most time-intensive part is the initial rollout.
