Overall using Trella has been an incredible experience. I have used it with both HH and Hospice agencies and ease of use is superior to claims data built into CRMs.

Pros

Trella is incredibly easy to navigate and is leading the market in has great claims data that is way a head from other claims data programs. Having access to Provider's MCR Part A & B utilization is very helpful.

Cons

The small icons and trying to remember what each of them stand for can be tricky in the beginning.

I would use and recommend again, but the timing would have to be right. The utilization was diminished due to Covid 19 and changes in protocol.

Pros

It gives great, user friendly market market intelligence for multiple segments of my industry.

Cons

The product is great. The utilization of the data was less than its potential due to Covid-19 protocol and access to referral sources. Also, the 2020 thru 2021 data is skewed due to the pandemic.

Pros

About a month ago I realized Trella had created an application that I could put on my phone. This has tremendously improved my ability to use while on the road. I quickly open that app and look up facilities or Physicians that I'm going to see. It allows me to support any messages I have and tell stories to support our services.

Cons

The only area that I do not use frequently is the presentation area.

I like how I can see all of our competition at a glance with all the relevant numbers that I need.

Cons

Creating the reports to pull what you want can be difficult when starting. Training is expensive.
