I have used it with both HH and Hospice agencies and ease of use is superior to claims data built into CRMs. Pros Trella is incredibly easy to navigate and is leading the market in has great claims data that is way a head from other claims data programs. Having access to Provider's MCR Part A & B utilization is very helpful. Cons The small icons and trying to remember what each of them stand for can be tricky in the beginning.
