Pros When drilled down, can find useful nuggets. Appreciate the conversation starters, but would like the whole picture so I could come up with my own stories. Cons It is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING that when I pull a list of accounts to research, I can’t just hit any button to return to the exact same list. I have to put the same parameters in again. Every. If you are referring to when you are in "Explore", you are able to save your parameters by creating a custom filter. Creating a customer filter will apply any of your preferred parameters every time that filter is selected in the "Explore" view. You can create a custom filter by selecting "save as" once you have your preferred parameters in place. I actually hate the thought of my competitors having access to this same information to that keeps me trying to be a super user since I choose to believe that other hospices don't use it as well as we do :) Pros I love so many features about this program and truly enjoy providing my team with data to help support the growth in their accounts. We have so much success from utilizing Trella. I have also used the information for compiling sales presentation reports. The information in these reports was useful to the end-user. I believe that our organization received sales (referrals) due to the quality of the information presented. Pros The information contained in the reports is very useful in identifying the users of our services and the service providers (our competitors) they utilize. Cons To say that there is too much data to analyze is a difficult criticism. There are is so much information and so many ways to report this information it is almost too comprehensive. Pros I love being able to see what my competitor's numbers are, how they're trending, who's referring to them, etc. I also love keeping track of our trending data, to make sure we are on track. Pros Having relevant data that is customizable to each sales rep allows for a plan from day one. The access and navigation for the website is user friendly with the built-in information button (or in some cases a simple hover with the cursor.)
