Cons The end use of this product could be more user friendly. Pros This software has been a useful tool for our company to dig deeper into accounts and view preferred providers. It has also been helpful to identify accounts with high potential. Trella has helped to highlight rates of readmission and the top DRG's. Cons I do not like how you have to switch from facility, home health and hospice. Since we are an innovator with CMS we do have the most complete and up-to-date Medicare Part A and Part B data set available. We currently have through Q2 2021 data available in Marketscape. I needed a tutorial again a couple of weeks ago but then quickly picked it back up again. The data is useful for presentations and for marketing in the community. Pros I appreciate it that I can compare Medicare data for multiple different agencies and hospitals to see where we stand and how we compare. Cons I wish it was updated more often than every quarter. I really could use an updated about once a month. I also really wish it would access the Medicare Advantage plans and not just the traditional Medicare.
