I am the owner of a small business. I had a disgruntled past client go on trustanalytica and make multiple fake accounts with multiple fake 1 star reviews. When I went to address these reviews, trustanalytica wouldn’t allow me to do so without paying a fee. Once I paid the fee it still wouldn’t allow me to address the multiple fake reviews because they weren’t real reviews from Google. I even tried to respond to the reviews publicly and still would not let me do so. I’ve contacted “customer support” about this. No response. Complete scam. Allowing fake reviews on a company profile, charging the company money to address them and then still not allowing the reviews to be addressed. Completely fraudulent.

Pros

The best part about the whole software is that they have an open integration policy, secondly, they provide a bunch of features in budgeted packages, which obviously is a plus for dealerships of our size.

Cons

I think the organization could work on the interface and design of the platform.
