It has made my day-to-day life much busier whenever a problem comes up, and that is often. Pros Robust registration process. The registration process is highly customizable and allows you to create many custom forms known as "Attributes." Decent family management system. Cons Reports. They are highly rigid and expensive if you need an adjustment done. Customer Support is atrocious. I have had several one-on-one conversations with a new supervisor who comes in and assures me that they are fixing their customer service. Nothing changes. It's next to impossible to get anyone on the phone. Payment processing is highly over-complicated, and does not sync well with any accounting software. Mass email program is outdated and has a clunky UI. I have found multiple bugs in the system, and it takes the development team several months to respond to any problems I have. This is not an easy application to use. Proceed with caution. Switched from [Campminder](https://www.capterra.com/p/79177/CampMinder/) Many features were paywalled. We could not afford a $20k price increase. And for the most part it works well. But the lack of support and steep learning curve to navigate it really needs to be addressed. The support was awesome during implementation but after that you feel like you were ghosted. Pros Circuitree is a very robust software and can manage HR, Registration, Transportation, Donors and Camp Store all in one place. Cons The support is terrible. The never answer the support line so you can never get quick help. You have to leave a message and wait hours for them to return your call. Or submit a ticket and a lot of time it takes several back in forth emails to get them to understand the problem. It's very frustrating and time consuming . They are all super kind, just not very experienced with the software. Switched from [UltraCamp](https://www.capterra.com/p/79171/UltraCamp/) We needed a better Camp Store and HR function than Ultracamp couldn't deliver. But I so miss Ultracamp's customer support. It was second to none. The interface is easy to use, the features are great and it's easy to customize. I've explored a lot of camp management software options but this is my favorite so far! Cons Low customization compared to modern software products, not super user-friendly front-end views, seems to be continually "broken" in that our users are constantly finding bugs during daily operations, and very few integration options with our other software products.
