Pros This software is simpler than Word, therefore faster to use. Very few features make it more intuitive than word. Cons Adding images requires a space drawing tool. I love the simplicity and that if I need assistance I can always call Apple and they will help me. Pros I like how modern this software was compared to it's dated counterpart. However it would take a lot of getting used to, to make the permanent switch over. It only may be due to habits and routine, but I do not use this software as my first choice. Cons Due to habit of using competitor's software, I do not like how difficult it is to find certain features that can be easily found in other software. It is a very simple word processor but it's far better than Microsoft Word. It looks better, it is much easier to work with a mixture of images and text that Word, and it's easy to import and export Word documents. Cons I don't really hate anything about Pages. I have had a few issues with importing/exporting Word docs, but overall it works pretty well. It’s really nice to be able to start something on your phone and pick up your iPad or Mac and resume or make adjustments. Pros It’s really easy to use, and if you are an apple user, it’s already on most devices. It’s great for using to make presentations, a letter or a memo. I enjoy the variety of fonts and colors available and the layouts you can opt to use. Even though it’s free, it still looks amazingly professional.
