In one such digital solution, our association with Intugine has delivered more value than expected. Real time visibility has helped us improve our planning and efficiency. It saves our teams valuable man hours that would otherwise be spent on the phone grappling to find status updates. Additionally by sharing this trip information with our customers we're able to deliver a better experience.

Pros

Simplicity of the Logic that is using the Sim Card to track the movement of the Full Truck Load Vehicles. Tracking Promotional Equipment sent to various Prospect Customers for Demo Purposes.

Cons

Nothing majorly to dislike, Intugine has delivered to the requirements hands down.

Pros

Control Tower functionalities offered by the platform are fantastic, keep us informed of all shipments and pushes our Transport partners to deliver on time. Also this data analytics capability will help us to further optimize and improve customer experience

Executive dashboards may further evolve while it may serve the purpose now

Pros

Ease of using the dashboard. Creating trips and understanding the dashboard is very easy. One can figure it out himself how to get this to work.

Cons

Using this product for SIM Based Location Tracking. The process for approving consent is different for every operator. It is not user friendly. It is supposed to be uniformed for every operator for the ease of end user. The rest is required to be handled on the backend.
