Pros Bluehost is the best hosting provider for me, and the support team responds quickly and solves my issue as fast as possible. They have integrated with other important software and all of this with a little amount of money. Cons The user interface of Bluehost is hard to understand for non-technical users and there is not enough instruction so I had to go over YouTube videos so I can understand what should I do. Cons I wish bluehost could offer my domains in Canada (.ca) - currently they do not have this available and I have to source it from other companies. STAY AWAY FROM OVERPRICED SERVICE Cons DONT USE IT!!!! Support team does not do anything. I had twice email down just thanks to them to be unable to do simple things. numerous times they escalated and I had to anyway followed it 72 hours twice in the row; once three times. it gives you nearly two weeks to resolve simple issue. just to mention that our emails were down for nearly 2 weeks twice in the row due to stupid refusal of the card (we changed it due to the breach) and once due to technical support making mistake setting up it. the leaving was not without problem either. The IPS address took MONTH and something for them to change it; again twice in the row following up with technical team to resolve it. We would not recommend them to anyone who is serious about their website. Good for a cheap place to test out things. That's it. Pros It's cheap and they have a great referral program. I wouldn't say it offers anything particular different or special. It offers hosting and host it does. It has simple & good integration with Wordpress. Cons My website crashed during a really important promotional time. I sat on hold in a panic for over 6 hours and then when I reached a customer service agent, there weren't able to help. This was a couple of years ago now and I decided to migrate most of my websites away from Bluehost quite quickly. My new hosting would have spoken to me within seconds and solved the issue or at least explained what had gone wrong and the best ways to fix it. I was angry to say the least. Review Source Kris U. Cons Every hosting provider has drawbacks, and one I see with Bluehost is that it has a relatively cheap initial price but a disproportionately large percentage increase on renewal. It's size and experience. Cons Their lack of support during a recent occasion of fraud. I set my renewal of subscription at manual. I informed two agents by chat that I was not renewing. Then I discovered during October of this year that almost $800 had been debited from my account without authorisation. On contacting Bluehost all they were prepared to offer was $300. Their excuse for the account being set to automatic? There was probably a bug in the system. Sorry. Reason for choosing Bluehost Because they appeared to be a larger and more experienced company. I really love their Managed WordPress plan, it's the best for me and that's what I use. All thanks to Bluehost. Pros They offer numerous web hosting types including Shared hosting, which allows users to get a domain name, and install WordPress from their cpanel, in less than 5 minutes. Cons Their customer service wasn't that active nor attentive, but I'm giving them 5 stars because I've tried different web hosting services like namecheap, iPages and etc, and I guess for me, Bluehost is the best. My entire site just disappeared three times, the first two times I got it back, the third it came back but missing styling and other features, when I asked them to restore it, nobody did. 3.
