Pros

Web platform for my small business was easy to set up. Full disclosure; I hired someone to do the plug ins due to time constraints, but set up was easy and it is not expensive for a small business.

Cons

I have not had any issues so far. I had to communicate once via chat and it was quick and issue was resolved.

Pros

It worked as expected for one year but then Bluehost tripled the cost.

Pros

Bluehost is very easy to setup. It's also recommended by top platforms like WordPress.

Cons

The amount of downtime is more than expected. Also, bluehost speed is slower than a few hosting providers I've used before.

Minimal help for those with little web design experience. Do not recommend.

Pros

There are no pros. Minimal help was provided to a person with minimal web design literacy.

Cons

My entire content was deleted after credit card info did not go through. I was not aware of the entire content deletion and thought I had time to take care of it after my vacation.

When I was still starting my blog, I used Bluehost since it's super affordable compared to other hosting providers with the same features.

Pros

What I love about Bluehost is that it is very affordable compared to other hosting providers. I highly recommend this one specially if you're still starting out.

Cons

I like least is their basic plan. It can only host one website, unlike other hosting providers basic plans.

Pros

I happily host several websites on Bluehost. Good value and reliability. However, I use ManageWP on Bluehost for most of my activities.

Cons

I find I am needing something other than WordPress. My newest website is not based upon WP so it is not hosted on Bluehost.

Cons

Presque tout. La communication. Le chantage. Difficulté de l'utilisation. Pas beaucoup de choix dans la catégorie basique. If faut acheter les thèmes sans être prévenu d'avance. Je suis très dessus et je regrette d'avoir quitté Wix

Pros

It seemed good when we started using it... but, as time went on, we found it challenging to get it to do what we wanted.

Welling to have your websites down for 72hrs+? Then get on board! Got recurrent website availability problems. Don't expect anyone to tell you what is happening, the Philippines based support staff are hired just to tell you that the engineers are working on the issue and to expect an email from them with 72 hours. Emails that never show up anyway. Awful tech support, definitely a NO-GO hosting provider.

Pros

Do the job for basic Wordpress websites, cpanel interface simple.

Cons

Really awful tech support, poor reliability

Pros

I like the Bluehost doesn't require you to create a website, as I only want to use it for the domain and email for the time being. Customer service, when you are able to speak to someone is incredible, however....

Cons

It's near impossible to get someone on the phone or via chat. I was having an issue with my email that took days to fix because it was so hard to get in touch with a customer service representative.

What I like most is that I really don't need to interact with it much--it runs on its own, reliably. When I need customer support, they're quick and I get a real person.

Cons

Sometimes it's hard to find what I need in their menus.

The experience was pleasant for it being my first, and temporary, hosting service. Though we ended up switching over to something else in the end, it would be one of the hosting services I'd suggest to people if I was giving a list.

Pros

Bluehost was relatively cheap hosting service that, for the cost, can help get your basic site off the ground. The site has great customer service and is quick to respond to any questions or need for assistance. It also has a good refund policy if you choose to leave within a time period.

Cons

It has a pretty big learning curve if you're new to the roll of ownership of a site. Though I had someone else helping me who did know, even he pointed out that they made it more complicated than needed. It also often glitched at the member profile and wouldn't show your buttons unless you refreshed.

Fairly easy transition from previous host service and gets the job done. Unlimited storage for emails a big plus. Easy to figure out admin for account management.

Cons

Customer support is very hit or miss. Generally they are responsive, but for anything a bit more complicated, it can be difficult to get someone who has the expertise to help.

I think Bluehost it great, but if you're just looking to set up a few sites without a huge amount of traffic (I run a personal site, a blog, and a site for a community group), I suggest Hostinger.

Pros

Bluehost had all of the services I needed to run my site, and had very fast customer service.

Cons

The price of Bluehost compared to the competition, like Hostinger, made me switch.
