"LinkTree is an easy powerful tool for small business"

**Overall:** Very Easy to use. Keeps everything organized for people checking out our business. Crisp and easy to look at.

**Pros:** It helps our fans keep track of multiple links with ease in one spot which saves time and characters in social media text.

**Cons:** More of a fault of our own but sometimes we leave ticket links up after an event has occurred. Which leads to confusion about upcoming events.

"DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! They will overcharge and provide no support"

**Pros:** outdated services and technology for instagram.

**Cons:** DO NOT USE LINKTREE- Overcharged for years and no customer support! Overcharged and They refused to close my account! I realized i had linktree running on a old clients instagram account for the past 2 years and was being charged. Asked LinkTree to close the account and they refused until my old client contacted them to close it. Even though there was zero activity on linktree service for over 2 years. My old client contacted them and requested to close the account in writing. They responded and refused because his email address was no longer active that he used on the old linktree account. They spent weeks making my old client jump thorugh hoops and STILL WILL NOT CLOSE THEIR ACCOUNT. Has to cancel credit cards, deal with banks.. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Worst customer service and spammy!! bad business ethics.
