Before, you always had to change the link in relation to what you wanted to highlight, but now this is no longer the case! It helps a lot on social networks to advertise. Pros You can customize a lot of things from the simple background color to the smallest button! It's really very easy to use. Cons There are not many themes available. Pros I like the ease of use when using Linktree. I liked that this link aggregator was inexpensive, easy to use on the back end and for potential customers interacting with it. I also liked that I could brand it to my specifications. Cons There wasn't enough functionality for me at a certain point so as my company grew I switched to a different link aggregator, but I still think this is an excellent choice for starter and expanding compnies depending on individual needs. CEO Entertainment Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Banned for NO REASON & Poor Customer Service" September 16, 2023 1.0 We signed up to Linktree to use what we thought was a really interesting service - to amalgamate all our Social Media via one QR code - and after about 7 days (maybe less) - and after putting the QR code for our Linktree page on some of our artwork, we were informed that our login had been withdrawn because "Community Guidelines" were broken. If you check our Linktree page (we are the Theatre on the QE2 in Dubai) - it is still there but we can't edit it.We appealed on 4th September 2023 and got one automatic reply virtually immediately and then silence since then despite 4 emails chasing.We have no idea why we have been "Banned" - and we can see no community guidelines we have broken.We are though getting almost daily emails from Linktree offering for us to upgrade to the Pro-Package - which leads me to think this is a data gathering scam?I would not recommend this product to anyone and if I could give 0 stars, I would. Pros Liked at first but the honeymoon lated less than 7 days! Cons Appalling customer service. Banned with no reason given > No answer to my multiple emails to them querying the situation. I like the feature that I can hide a block or make it live so I can prepare ahead of time. Cons It is not as robust as other products I have used. Linktree does this easily and efficiently. Pros I love that I only need to publisize one link, which I can make into a QR code, and that will provide access to my other channels and links, even if I change them frequently. If you have a business online your bound to have 40,000 links and if without your bookmarks for some reason you can pull up Linktree and their always there. And if you don't have a website it's a good advertising tool. Pros You can do a lot of stuff on the free version like link a Shopify store, upload products there, and point towards a Spotify playlist within linktree itself. Cons The main settings screen where the USER (not the guest) spends most of his/her time is especially jumbled on mobile devices making navigation rather difficult. Pros If youā€™re in need of a basic website that looks good and can be done quickly, this is a great app! It is working perfectly to onboard new team members! Clean and simple. Cons Some social media platforms have tagged it and donā€™t really support the app. For some that may not matter but since Iā€™m primarily on social media itā€™s a bit hard to get around that. Pros It's easy to customize and add links and show stuff. Social media accounts only add one link so this is the perfect way to showcase several relevants ones for your business: videos, catalog, other SM accounts, web page, contact (whatsapp link), etc. Cons The only thing that maybe was off is when other people has dark mode activated and the social media icons outline is too dark and people have difficult times finding them.
