Gesamteindruck: einfach super! Wir freuen uns gemeinsam mit sqanit einige weiteren Ideen und Umsetzungen voran zu bringen und gemeinsam zu wachsen.

Pros

Die unkomplizierte Handhabung und flexible Kommunikation gegenüber unseren Gästen. Vor allem auch der persönliche interne Support direkt durch sqanit, wenn es mal Rückfragen oder Fragen zur Umsetzung gibt. Weiterhin ermöglich es sqanit uns ein Prozess intern zu optimieren und erleichtert uns somit gewisse Arbeitsschritte. Der zeitliche Bearbeitungsaufwand in der Gästekommunikation ist geringer.

Cons

Da sqanit und wir uns als Unternehmen auch stets und ständig weiterentwickeln, gibt es bisher keinen festgestellten Nachteil, da kurzerhand Wünsche/Anregungen und Ideen umgesetzt werden um gemeinsam das bestmögliche Ergebnis zu erzielen.
