Its been phenomenal. From the owners to the customer service reps, to the automation and setup.... its been the best thing we have done for our company.

Pros

Great customer service, product is BEST in its class, has all of the attributes any event rental company could ask for mobile or not. Great pricing, tons of API integrations, tons of options to help your company stay organized, profitable and running smoothly!

Their system was very difficult to navigate, management was rude and entitled, they forced you to use their own merchant processing company, and they charge five times what Check Cherry charges.

From start to finish, the customer service has been amazing! The setup process was quick and easy, and the support has continued well beyond onboarding, making the whole experience genuinely stress-free.

Pros

When sending proposals I love having multiple proposal options that customer can click through and even add on to their order, beautiful templates. Their customer service is also on point, every time I need assistance I start a chat and they are right there ready to help.

Cons

In the six months I've been using it, I honestly haven't come across a single issue or shortcoming yet.

I loved that they have videos to guide you and if something is not clear customer service responds quickly.

Pros

One of the things I love most is how easy it is to set up and use. The interface is simple, intuitive, and reliable, which makes running events so much smoother. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. Hands down, it’s the best I’ve experienced. The team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help whenever I have a question or run into an issue. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is working properly, and that level of support gives me confidence every time I use their product. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and user-friendly solution.

Cons

As of now, I honestly have no complaints. Everything has been great so far. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and has made my workflow much smoother. Every experience I’ve had, from using the software to reaching out to customer support, has been positive. I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to continuing to use it.

Our overall experience has been excellent. The platform has made our booking process much more efficient, our clients love how easy it is to use, and the customer support from \[sensitive content hidden\] has been outstanding whenever we've needed help or had questions.

Pros

What stood out most was how well Check Cherry fits the entertainment industry. The ability to create custom packages, offer add-ons, customize the booking experience, and give clients one simple link to review, sign, and pay has completely streamlined our booking process and saved us a significant amount of time.

Cons

It took us a little time to fully learn all of the features, but once everything was set up, it was well worth it.

I’ve tried multiple photo booth CRMs. Initially, I went with a major competitor, but it was a disaster. The interface was clunky, and my clients struggled, causing frustration all around. After a few weeks, I switched to Check Cherry, and it was a game-changer. It’s intuitive, and I could customize everything - my dashboards, client portals, and even my backdrops. The level of control over my business is unmatched. What truly blew me away, though, is the customer service. The owners will hop on a Zoom call within minutes if you have a problem. They’re constantly innovating, adding new features that help my business run smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with Check Cherry - it’s an absolute must for any photo booth owner.

There truly aren't any issues I have with Check Cherry. Any issues are usually fixed within a few weeks!

I run an event rental business. I use check cherry for my bookings. Check cherry has been an amazing integration to our business and it’s made integrations and managing event wonderful. My customers are able to book on their own and I have event planners share their referral links in order for them to earn commissions. Over all it has a great software that will make your life easier. I recommend this software 100%. Very user friendly compared to others out there. They will work with you and answer messages as soon as they see them. If you need a specific task and it’s something that a lot of people are requesting, they will make it happen.

Pros

How easy it is to use, it is able to adapt to any business. I also rent tables and chairs and I am able to use it perfectly.

Cons

Security deposit feature. I would like this feature installed as it would make business run smoother for my needs

My overall experience is amazing and makes my work in my business so much easier. I would seriously lose my mind if Check Cherry stopped working or disappeared. I am so grateful for their product and I literally stay because of their customer service. You really cannot beat it!

Pros

The price cannot beat how much time the software saves for me every single day. I have had the software for years so I cannot image how many hours it has saved me over the years. Their customer service is, hands down, the BEST that I have ever experienced with any vendor. They make you feel like you're a friend... part of the family! The platform is so easy to use and they are constantly releasing new features, training videos, live Q&A sessions, and making the software even better than it was before. The software allows me to automate emails, leads and proposals, the booking process, questionnaires, drip campaigns, invoicing, and more! I am a user for as long as I have this business!

Cons

I do not have really anything bad to say about the platform. If there is ever a bug or a functionality that is missing, I go to them and they fix it immediately or they implement a new feature, or they give me a suitable workaround for what I need.
