I’ve tried multiple photo booth CRMs. Initially, I went with a major competitor, but it was a disaster. The interface was clunky, and my clients struggled, causing frustration all around. After a few weeks, I switched to Check Cherry, and it was a game-changer. It’s intuitive, and I could customize everything - my dashboards, client portals, and even my backdrops. The level of control over my business is unmatched. What truly blew me away, though, is the customer service. The owners will hop on a Zoom call within minutes if you have a problem. They’re constantly innovating, adding new features that help my business run smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with Check Cherry - it’s an absolute must for any photo booth owner.

Pros

Everything! Customer service, customizable dashboards and reports, online booking system, custom fields, etc.

Cons

There truly aren't any issues I have with Check Cherry. Any issues are usually fixed within a few weeks!

I run an event rental business. I use check cherry for my bookings. Check cherry has been an amazing integration to our business and it’s made integrations and managing event wonderful. My customers are able to book on their own and I have event planners share their referral links in order for them to earn commissions. Over all it has a great software that will make your life easier. I recommend this software 100%. Very user friendly compared to others out there. They will work with you and answer messages as soon as they see them. If you need a specific task and it’s something that a lot of people are requesting, they will make it happen.

Pros

How easy it is to use, it is able to adapt to any business. I also rent tables and chairs and I am able to use it perfectly.

Cons

Security deposit feature. I would like this feature installed as it would make business run smoother for my needs

My overall experience is amazing and makes my work in my business so much easier. I would seriously lose my mind if Check Cherry stopped working or disappeared. I am so grateful for their product and I literally stay because of their customer service. You really cannot beat it!

Pros

The price cannot beat how much time the software saves for me every single day. I have had the software for years so I cannot image how many hours it has saved me over the years. Their customer service is, hands down, the BEST that I have ever experienced with any vendor. They make you feel like you're a friend... part of the family! The platform is so easy to use and they are constantly releasing new features, training videos, live Q&A sessions, and making the software even better than it was before. The software allows me to automate emails, leads and proposals, the booking process, questionnaires, drip campaigns, invoicing, and more! I am a user for as long as I have this business!

Cons

I do not have really anything bad to say about the platform. If there is ever a bug or a functionality that is missing, I go to them and they fix it immediately or they implement a new feature, or they give me a suitable workaround for what I need.

Switching to Check Cherry has been an absolute game‑changer for my business. I used to manually book every single event, and it took so much time and back‑and‑forth. A fellow business owner recommended Check Cherry, and wow — what a blessing it has been. The booking process is now incredibly easy and efficient. I no longer have to be at my computer to send proposals, and my clients can customize their events, select options, and add upgrades on their own. The system handles the up‑selling automatically, which feels like having a fully built‑out, interactive website working for me 24/7. The Check Cherry team is truly exceptional. They respond quickly, they’re always willing to help, and they take the time to educate and support you. Their customer service alone is worth the switch. Very happy with the overall service they provide while also being personal. They truly care about their product and are always seeking ways to improve it!

Pros

We love everything about check Cherry. We love how \[sensitive content hidden\] are always there to help with any questions and can actually provide feedback on ways you can improve the way you use it. We have been with them for 5 years and have enjoyed seeing them constantly improve it and they actually listen to their customers. It’s so easy to set up and use as an admin, end user and even employees. The booking process is seamless and payment collection is so simple and quick! We love all the templates that are already created from packages, booking forms, emails and more. They have really thought it all through! You can even link it to your quickbooks too and it’s amazing!

Cons

Nothing really. We’ve never had any issues with it and if we did, \[sensitive content hidden\] are always there to help so promptly!

It's been great, I've been in business since 2023 and I have used this from the very start. Everytime I message support, they respond very quickly and if not, usually next day.

Pros

This was my first and only CRM that I used for my photo booth business. I love that it checks off all the things I need for my business from setting up packages, add-ons, building out quotes, adding package and quote alternatives, to be able to integrate other softwares that I need to run the business. Everything has been smooth sailing and the customer support is same day when I need it.

Cons

I wish it did have an option for staff to request which bookings they want and maybe integration with other payroll services would be nice.

Great experience with Check Cherry for over 2 years. Since we started our business we have been using Check Cherry and we will never switch to any other backend platform.

Cons

The learning curve to dig through all of the menus. Also the time invested to learn the key features of the software. Lastly, some of the tutorial videos are outdated.

Check Cherry brings our entire booking workflow into one system, from inquiry to quote, contract, and payment, which has significantly improved our speed and organization. The platform is intuitive and easy to implement, and it allows us to create structured packages and automate client communication without losing a personalized feel. It’s especially valuable for maintaining a professional client experience while reducing manual admin work. The ability to standardize workflows across weddings, corporate events, and private parties has helped us increase efficiency and close more bookings.

Cons

The platform has some limitations when it comes to advanced customization and flexibility. Managing white-label or partner events is not seamless, particularly when dealing with different pricing structures between what we charge partners and what they charge their clients. other than this, everything is great

My overall experience with Check Cherry has been very positive. It’s a reliable, easy-to-use system that has helped streamline my booking process, client communication, and overall business operations. It’s made managing my events much more efficient and organized.

Pros

I’ve been using Check Cherry for my business, and honestly—it’s made my life so much easier. Everything from proposals to bookings to payments is all in one place, and my clients love how simple it is to pick add-ons right there.

Cons

The only issue I’ve run into is that emails come from Check Cherry instead of my own Gmail, so sometimes they land in spam. I’d love to see better email integration in the future. But overall, I definitely recommend it!
