I tried ALL the competitors, literally all of them. they all took 1 to 2 evenings to configure, most were too complicated to keep going forward with, and the others were missing features that were important to me. When I discovered CheckCherry I was imidiatly amazed by how simple it was to get started. and then amazed again that everything I ever wanted was available. Check Cherry is a small company, it's mainly 2 Devs (co-owners) when yo uspeak to Support, you chat directly with them, it's the most fantastic thing in the world. no L1 or L2 support, you're speaking directly to the guys who built the tool.
