Good response from support where required. Pros Easy to implement, integrates seamlessly with Bullhorn. Turnaround time for getting a Nurse compliant for work is now less than 24 hours. No challenge was too big for them to tackle and any changes to our process over the past two years have been dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Pros It is a very easy process for our candidates and consultants alike. The ease of use on PC, tablet or mobile phone makes it accessible to all. All information is imported into our database immediately and our turnaround time for onboarding candidates has improved significantly. Cons Currently not a fan of how the Superannuation Selection appears to users - it is a bit confusing and most of our queries are on the Superannuation selection screen. They are very solution focussed and innovative. The product is simple and easy to use and integrates well with our ATS. I highly recommend Onboarded. Pros Easy to implement and use for candidates, recruiters and administrators Willingness to find a solution and speed of response to questions and issues from the leadership and support team Integration capabilities Cons We have a requirement to send custom documents to candidates and have them signed which is difficult using Onboarded. The team managed to set this up for us however it wasn't easy and there are some limitations. The system works well and better where documents contain the same information for all candidates to view and receive. On point and manage any request promprtly and efifciently and there software stands tall above all others. Pros The software is easy to use for both end user and offcie staff. The team at onboarded are always on call to fix issues promptly and effectively; Even caring for people missed by downtime on the software. Raj and the back of house team at Onboarded are always looking at ways to imporve and personalise the software so we make the most of it. In summary - Customisation, Ease of use, Integration, Support Cons In all honesty I do struggle finding negatives of the software.
