Mon expérience avec allMAINT a été très positive. Le logiciel a permis une meilleure organisation des tâches de maintenance, une réduction notable des pannes grâce à un suivi efficace, et une gestion claire des ressources. Il nous a permis de centraliser toutes les données essentielles et de gagner en productivité.

Pros

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation de l’interface, la richesse fonctionnelle (gestion des équipements, interventions, stocks, préventif), ainsi que l’accès multiplateforme (PC, mobile), qui permet une continuité de travail sur le terrain. Le support client est réactif et les mises à jour sont régulières.

Cons

La prise en main initiale peut nécessiter un temps d’adaptation pour les utilisateurs non familiers avec les outils de GMAO. Une amélioration de certaines fonctionnalités mobiles (en plus de l’aspect technicien déjà bien fait ) serait un vrai plus.
