I like the real-time tracking of your dasher. Cons I don't like that everything is upcharged on DoorDash and I also don't like that they allow their dashers to pick up multiple orders at once, allowing yours to get cold. The dasher provided me with incomplete order, rotten tomatoes and wrong and expensive substitution of items and when I reached doordash support, they said that they cannot do anything about it nor they can provide me with a compensation. Totally irresponsible, unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. Deleting this app forever and cancelling their membership. Don’t download this app. Its a scam. I plan to continue to use them for numerous order deliveries. Pros The large variety of stores and restaurants to choose from. You can see the star ratings and top choices. Also, you can compare prices, orders are delivered hot or cold as they should be and you have details on your delivery driver. Cons Due to many circumstance your order can be delayed. They don't hold anyone accountable. Cons Dashers abandon orders and you never get your delivery. Customer service is horrible. Pros The convenience of having most restaurants delivered to my house. Cons They messed up orders a lot and delivers were late a lot regardless if you pay extra fees for faster delivery. Pros the most impactful thing is being able to expand our company and reaching more customers whenever they need their Jamba smoothie fix. Pros Their network of deliverers is vast, especially in a city the size of Phoenix, and it's easy to find a taker almost every order. The app has useful filters like "open now" and "near me", and it tells you about how long you'll wait for your food before you even order. Cons I get frustrated sometimes that the recommendations are repetitive and off-base. Sometimes, but not always. I've discovered some real gems. The app also works well, and doesn't freeze like some of the others. Pros All the restaurants available on it. It has the restaurants you can find on the other apps and them some! I am of Haitian descent and they were the only app that had some Haitian restaurants in Queens, NY when I wanted to order food for my mother who still lives near those restaurants. Cons It's a pretty good app in terms of features and functionality, BUT it does not give you deals like Uber Eats does. When I used to live in Jersey City Uber Eats gave me promotions, and TONS of restaurants that had "Buy One Get One" free. I lived in those free meals throughout the Pandemic! It legit helped survive financially during those difficult months. I never get a rude Dasher.They all seem to be kind and make sure my delivery is left for me to easily access it. They knock and wait for us to say Thank you and then they leave it! It's just an easy process honestly when it comes to what I need for ordering and very easy from the start to the end of ordering and delivery. I know some apps are a little harder for a person not so computer or internet savvy, however using door dash even beginners can easily use the app with no foreseeable issues. Pros Door Dash saves so much time out of my already busy day. It allows me to save gas and allows me more time to finish my daily duties! While they're doing the shopping and delivery for me, it amazes me how uninterrupted my day is and how much I can complete instead of stopping and having to leave and go do this all myself kl. My orders are always delivered to me very fast and the customer service is great. There’s a great amount of restaurants to choose from, and I believe that it makes life easier for everyone because you can have food delivered directly to your door without having to leave the house. I highly recommend DoorDash! Pros I love that it is very simple to use, and the app always runs efficiently, and my food is always delivered to me quickly. The delivery drivers are always polite and respectful. This app is also great to use if you don’t feel like leaving your house, and would prefer to have your food delivered directly to your door. I believe that DoorDash has been a lifesaver for many people throughout the pandemic because many people were not comfortable with leaving their home because the COVID-19 cases were at an all-time high. I think that this app prevented many people from getting sick. DoorDash has been very beneficial for me, and the app has so much to offer. There’s many different restaurants to choose from, and it’s a very fun app to use. I'm disputing now with my bank. Cons I will no longer be using Doordash after the nonsense I've had to deal with getting charged for food I never received. I was first told by their costumer service that I would be refunded since I never received my order. A week later I didn't get any refund, so I contacted them again. I was then told it needed to be evaluated to their superiors who would contact me be email within a few hours. I never got an email all weekend, so I called again on Monday, having to re-explain everything again, which the first customer service representative simply stated he won't help me and then hung up on me. The second call I asked to first not get hung up on, then re-explained everything yet another time and had to go through the whole spiel again to just be told again that they cannot do anything and their superiors would email me within 12 hours. 24 hours later and still no email, I contacted them yet again, but this time was told their superiors decline to reimburse me. I couldn't believe that they insisted on charging me for something I never received and was originally told it would be refunded. Luckily I have USAA and filed a dispute with them against the charge. Hopefully it comes through. Doordash customer service is absolutely horrible, they are of little use, say they can't put you in contact with a person who can actually do something about your situation, are ride at times (I got hung up on just for asking about my refund), and their superiors I guess feel they're too good to email a customer about a situation and are completely fine with stealing someone's money. Given that there is a fee, we are able to mark up our items slightly to make up for that. Cons When we make menu or price changes, the app often will not sync up with our system.
