Pros The app is easy to use and the drivers are nice Cons Where do i begin? First of all drivers always mess up your order and forget items. They pickup two deliveries at a time which pushes back your delivery. Food is usually cold. You can only complain so many times before you are not allowed to ask for a refund even if you paid for something and did not get it, your food is cold, or any other allowable reason. The website is very user friendly and you get updated once your meal arrives Cons What I do not like is when I try to order a meal and it says delivery is out of reach. Covers a vast selection and has reasonable fees for the most part. Cons The thing I like the least is the amount of fees that go along with a simple order. Cons What I disliked about DoorDash is the pricing. I said the pricing because if you go in the real app where you can actually legidimently order food, DoorDash raises the price. The town your are in makes a big difference. Some towns are all fast food. Has a section for local options. Cons Expensive fees. Had the dash pash for a year and used it a lot. Without the pass, its too expensive. Didn't always use the pass after the first year (free for a promotion) so it wasn't worth the money afterwards. Review Source KM Kaycee M. The delivery drivers are friendly and prompt, the app is helpful and quick and the options are perfect. Pros This software is so easy to use. Pros I like Doordash on those night that I wanna be catered to. Moms worked all day and the kids are hungry and all I wanna do is sit. I know Doordash has my back. It was a lot of fun to have a good balance of being by myself and interacting with "customers." I enjoy being independent in my work. Whenever I've used the app to order food, it's been very easy and simple. Great app to use, especially if you are feeling too lazy to go out to get food. Takes me less time to order from DoorDash then another restaurant website. Cons I think the only thing would be the look of buttons or features within the app could look even better and easier to use. That being said, it's still very simple. Review Source KD Karen D. Pros My favorite part is that it’s easy to search for local restaurants to order from. Placing orders is easy and the fees are less than it’s competitors. Cons I wish there were better support and the ability of being able to get a hold of someone when something happens with your order.
