The ease it provides our attendees to sign up and pay saves our staff time from having to troubleshoot registration problems. Also, the customer support from Reg Guru has been phenomenal. Pros Registration Guru provides a quality registration system that is easy to set up and elevates the look and feel of our event registrations. Plenty of possibilities for any conference/event registration need. Cons Being a fairly new system, there are some features that have not been fully developed yet but are not prominent features to inhibit the use of the system. Such as 'Print Badges'. However, knowing the dedication of the Registration Guru team it will only get better moving forward.
