Easy to open an account and it was completely free, not requiring an opening deposit or a minimum balance. Pros It was very easy to sign up and verify my identity to get started. They dont use chexSystems or snything similar, so anyone can join for free. Cons I dont like that they require you to setup direct deposit before you can mobile deposit checks. That was very inconvenient, especially if you get paid with paper checks. Pros SOfi is very easy to use. Weather using it for ur banking needs, or investing money in the stocks, or borrowing for personal loans. And even with keeping track of credit scores and everything u need basically all in one program. Cons When it sometimes freezes and does not let u get different areas in the program, or runs really slow.
