Since then they have added a bucket load of new features which means we can also use this for US-based clients using CiviCRM Cons We had to build the integration for this to work with CiviCRM but that is not a complaint - just a fact of life. Pros I loved the ease of implementation, including the documentation and available software, particularly with WooCommerce. We faced daily errors with Australia Post address errors via the API, delivery errors and incomplete addresses. I researched and found AddressFinder and tested and then implemented to production and we have seen a major reduction in these address problems, which is fantastic for our business, and work flow.
