Since then they have added a bucket load of new features which means we can also use this for US-based clients using CiviCRM Cons We had to build the integration for this to work with CiviCRM but that is not a complaint - just a fact of life. As for existing clients, it is also easier to make changes to their addresses. Invoicing was also made easier as clients' addresses were always accurate and valid. Less time/effort/resources are spent fixing records that had been rejected by federal government systems due to incomplete/invalid addresses. As a result, the ROI was very high and all costs paid are recouped within a few months. Pros The integration with our organisation's Dynamics 365 platform was easy to achieve and the support provided was excellent as well as efficient and responsive. Once implemented, accessing addresses was fast and easy for users to learn to access. This provide various internal functions (eg, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience Team, etc) with the knowledge that clients addresses were accurate at all times. Lastly, it also ensured that time/resources were not wasted when uploading records to a federal government's systems (ie, to fix records that had been rejected on the basis that addresses were incomplete/inaccurate/etc). Cons I cannot think of anything that I don't like about this software. Reason for choosing Addressfinder AddressFinder was chosen on the basis that their address repository was regularly updated and knowing that they already worked with a number of government agencies our organisation also dealt with. Moreover, our initial estimates pointed at a high ROI and shorter timeframe to recoup costs. " May 12, 2022 5.0 Filling in Quotes can be tiresome for clients and even lead to a strong bounce rate from the online Quote forms. Having address details auto fill data from a few keystrokes and easy selection of client address from pull down menu addresses one of the main concerns for clients. 1. Client Effort is minimised. Furthermore, - No spelling mistakes and need for self correction when filling in address - Addresses will be more accurate This is a great implementation for any Online Form that requires an address from a client or user. Pros Easy to implement, support service was free and friendly the whole way through making it a stress free implementation. Cons Would likely rely on customer service per installation as i perform the task infrequently across a number of websites. However the support is so fast and helpful its really better than even doing it all on my own anyway. Pros I loved the ease of implementation, including the documentation and available software, particularly with WooCommerce. We faced daily errors with Australia Post address errors via the API, delivery errors and incomplete addresses. I researched and found AddressFinder and tested and then implemented to production and we have seen a major reduction in these address problems, which is fantastic for our business, and work flow. Pros The geolocation works really well with Australian addresses! I had used google places api before and it wasn't picking up unit numbers of some addresses which made it kind of unusable. The best part was the support! Matt was fantastic, and helped me implement address finder into my website! Cons It is more expensive then other options (Google Places), but probably worth it due to its accuracy. It still has WIP integrations with popular form software, which means I need help getting it set up as a non-technical user (gravity forms in this case). Review Source LB Linda B.
