Our company has had a great experience overall with Wing so far. We are very satisfied with our VA and will definitely continue to work with Wing in the future.

Pros

our VA (\[sensitive content hidden\]) has been amazing! She was very quick to understand the tasks and had a very short learning curve. She understood the assignments well and did everything in a super timely manner. Wing did a great job of matching us with someone who meet our needs. She was able to take on any tasks we sent her way and has been a huge help to the team so far.

Cons

The only downside for us was the hours -- we only got someone part time and they were available in the morning -- but in the future we might want to hire someone full time because they were a huge help.

Positive, proactive team. Communicative and responsive to our needs. Seems creative in trying to carve out a niche in the market.

Pros

Ongoing proactive outreach from team to ensure that service was up to par. During initial onboarding, when the first candidate they found wasn't ideal, they took the time to find a candidate that was the right fit for us.

Cons

The management portal that was part of the original vision was quite ambitious and while it had some cool features for workflow definition and automation, we ended up using external scheduling and collaboration tools instead and never logged in after a few months. Not sure if they ever improved but it was frankly easier to use the tools we were already on.

We had an overall positive experience with Wing from the beginning. We were assigned our Wing teammates within 2 weeks of signing up. They integrated into our system seamlessly and did a great job of communicating throughout the program. We never experienced any service or coverage issues throughout the program.

Pros

We partnered with Wing Assistant to provide customer service coverage for our non-business hours. We needed coverage from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am M-F and 24-hour coverage on the weekends. Our Wing teammates provided this coverage without any interruption to support our basic business functions. They easily integrated into our tech stack making communication with our Wing teammates seamless. They did a tremendous job of supporting our customers and prospects throughout the entire partnership. Wing Assistant provided us a budget friendly option compared to either hiring for 2nd and 3rd shirt or reconfiguring the hours of our existing team.

Cons

We did not have the opportunity to interview our Wing employees before they joined our program. All three associates were tremendous, but in the future, it would be beneficial to have input.

It has been a very enjoyable process. The VAs that they found for us are part of our Team just like being in our office.

Pros

The recruitment and onboarding process was efficient and effective. We are a lean company and making poor hires is costly. Wing Assistant saved us from those costly mistakes.

Cons

I can't say that I dislike anything. Get involved in the interviewing process if spoken fluency is a big deal. The more detailed you are, the better they can recruit for you.

My overall experience has been incredibly positive. Wing makes my job more efficient, provides great value for our budget, and is highly recommended.

Pros

What I like most about Wing is how seamless and impactful the support has been. From onboarding to day-to-day work, the experience has been smooth and reliable, which made it easy for us to expand and bring on additional virtual assistants over time. My assistant, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been a standout—she’s proactive, communicative, and consistently goes above and beyond to keep tasks moving efficiently. Having dependable support I can trust has made a meaningful difference in our productivity, and that level of quality is what makes Wing especially valuable to me.

Cons

I haven't had any challenges or issues. The process for onboarding was efficient, customer service is very responsive, and my VA, \[sensitive content hidden\], is a joy to work with.

We have gotten two VA's through wing and loved both of them! Wing does a great job placing assistants based on your needs!

Pros

We loved our experience with Wing. They placed \[sensitive content hidden\] to us as a BDR and he was FANTASTIC, a very quick learner and so coachable. Our customers only had great things to say about him and the support he offered. He was very communicative and easy to work with, we would've loved to keep him on if we could've! I recommend \[sensitive content hidden\] to anyone!

Cons

I wish it didn't take so long to get placed, it would be great if it only took like a week or even 10 days!

Exceptional! We love our assistants - they are very much an extension of our team. Our assistants manage their workload, time, and feedback very well.

Pros

We work with two assistants who are incredibly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to research industry best-practices to constantly evolve and improve their outputs. They check in through the day to let us know they're online and engaged.

Cons

Billing/ customer support is a bit slow to respond. We've had a bit of trouble attributing monthly bills to the proper brand and had to switch off autopay, which caused a bit of confusion.

I believe my Wing assistant would stand on his head if I asked to. He proactively asks for priorities, clarity on assigned projects and consistently and continually updates me on progress. When he sees opportunities to improve what we're trying to achieve, he makes suggestions. He's all I can ask for at this time.

Pros

I've been impressed with quality of work we've received from our Wing assistant, \[sensitive content hidden\]. His attention to detail, passion, and continued learning is refreshing to see with a new hire and we're seeing the return on our investment already.

Cons

Overall, my experience to-date has been all positive. If I'd imporve one thing it would be to allow some flexibility in format of daily updates, but that is not a ding, just a preference.

Overall, Wing has helped us scale effectively while maintaining quality and process integrity.

Pros

Quality talent across the skills we need. Wing consistently sourced capable digital marketing professionals with the range of expertise our team requires. Works within our systems and processes. Their people integrated into our workflows as true team members—not just task-based contractors. Flexible and adaptable. Wing collaborated with us to find the right fit and was responsive and accommodating when a replacement was needed.

Cons

Time zone alignment can be tricky. Depending on the resource’s location, scheduling and real-time collaboration may require some adjustment. Initial onboarding takes effort. While Wing provides great talent, integrating them into our systems and processes requires a bit of upfront training.

5 stars!!! Love it! Our WING assistant has been a game-changer for our business over the past few months. She's incredibly thorough, always communicates effectively, and consistently meets deadlines. Bringing a virtual assistant on board through WING was one of the best choices we've made. Thanks again!

Pros

Easy to communicate with the VA and save money with ongoing projects. It's nice to set up routines as well so the VA knows what to do on an ongoing basis.

Cons

I love it all, no complaints. I think our Virtual Assistant is compliant, professional, and communicate with us along the way if she needs any clarity on a project.
