It's nice to set up routines as well so the VA knows what to do on an ongoing basis. Cons I love it all, no complaints. Very, very bad. The assistant that got matched with us went rogue and wrote a Glassdoor review to personally attack the \[sensitive content hidden\] of our company.The experience was probably the worst experience I’ve had with a vendor. Ever. Pros I like the fact that that they hire for you. Our account manager took our feedback and adapted after the first match wasn’t a fit which we appreciated. Cons The model doesn’t allow you to select the person you hire. This means that it’s very unlikely there will be a good match. I think the happiest users are ones where you have very clear ideas of what you want accomplished, easy to follow instructions, and a committment to ongoing communication in the early stages to ensure continued great outcomes and results. Reading minds is very difficult, at least for me - so make sure you know what you want, and communicate with your virtual overseas team to ensure the best results. Pros Excellent onboarding process, my assistants work as promised. I did have to communicate a lot at the beginning, but I think that's normal. Although the team is based in the Philippines, we’ve had zero issues with time differences—scheduling calls has been seamless, and the overnight workflow has been a huge benefit. We can hand off tasks at the end of our U.S. workday and wake up to completed work the next morning. Pros If you’re looking for strong operational support with excellent communication, dependable turnaround, and a team that integrates smoothly into your workflow, I highly recommend Wing. Cons Working with Wing has been an excellent experience. Their team in the Philippines communicates clearly, integrates seamlessly into our workflow, and truly feels like an extension of our company. We were assigned our Wing teammates within 2 weeks of signing up. They integrated into our system seamlessly and did a great job of communicating throughout the program. We never experienced any service or coverage issues throughout the program. Pros We partnered with Wing Assistant to provide customer service coverage for our non-business hours. We needed coverage from 4:30 pm to 8:00 am M-F and 24-hour coverage on the weekends. Our Wing teammates provided this coverage without any interruption to support our basic business functions. They easily integrated into our tech stack making communication with our Wing teammates seamless. They did a tremendous job of supporting our customers and prospects throughout the entire partnership. Wing Assistant provided us a budget friendly option compared to either hiring for 2nd and 3rd shirt or reconfiguring the hours of our existing team. Cons We did not have the opportunity to interview our Wing employees before they joined our program. All three associates were tremendous, but in the future, it would be beneficial to have input. Pros Wing is a much easier method of outsourcing VA tasks than hiring offshore workers directly—they handle the admin, training, HR, etc. which allows me to focus on more core business and use Wing as a force multiplier. Cons Getting up and running is easy—I’d maybe prefer a bit more insight into the technical integrations, but I interface with them mostly via Slack rather than their app/platform, so that may not be a valid point.
