"Lead411, a powerful tool for data enrichment"

**Overall:** Overall great experience. It offers comprehensive search tools at a premium price. We are also able to use it for market reserach purposes.

**Pros:** Lead411 is intuitive for finding contacts around specific industries. It is also great for data enrichment or finding news/updates around specific industries.

**Cons:** Most of my complaints are software related. Sometimes the searches can be finnicky in that they don't correctly appear, or data lists will get stuck in the download.

"Easy to Navigate System"

**Overall:** Overall, it has been smooth. Great customer service and can always answer any questions I have. A reasonable price for our startup company.

**Pros:** It is an easy to use/navigate program. This whole site is very direct and easy to export contacts for personal use. There has rarely been a time where I was looking for a company and could not find it.

**Cons:** I wish there was an automatic email system right through the website. It can be tedious to go back and forth from website to email.

**Reasons for Switching to Lead411:** ZoomInfo was more expensive while only being able to have 4 intent searches. Lead411 was more reasonable, and we have 6 intent searches.
