Excellent, been a customer for 7 years. Customer service is responsive and helpful, not a chatbot!!

Pros

Coverage of contacts at companies, even SMB, is excellent, and is great value for money. Contact emails are strong and recent. The overall access to use your subscription to update company demographics at scale is a great time saver.

Cons

They need a little more work on their integration of AI in search features. Not as intuitive as AI users expect.

Excellent... I got the 50 free leads, tested them to see if they are valid and got a 90% validity with cold calling.

Pros

The quality of the leads they provide and how easy the platform is to use. I also love that they have a free trial so companies can test the leads they get.

Cons

The amount of leads that they give every month (1000), it would be great if they gave out more for the amount they charge ($50)

I appreciate how quickly they can discover direct dials, emails, and company information, which makes prospecting much more efficient.

Cons

Although I now find the interface intuitive, in the beginning it took time to fully understand all features and get the most value.

Overall great experience. It offers comprehensive search tools at a premium price. We are also able to use it for market reserach purposes.

Pros

Lead411 is intuitive for finding contacts around specific industries. It is also great for data enrichment or finding news/updates around specific industries.

Cons

Most of my complaints are software related. Sometimes the searches can be finnicky in that they don't correctly appear, or data lists will get stuck in the download.

Great! \[sensitive content hidden\] was fantastic at teaching/training and we love using it. IT's a great value for the price and we just renewed for another year.

Pros

We leverage Lead 411 to identify new prospective clients. The bombora intent search feature allows us to identify prospects that have shown an active interest in specific topics leading us to narrow our search and cold outreach efforts. The ability to target specific decision makers enhances productivity and enables us to reach new targets easily.

Cons

when exporting large amounts of pulls, sometimes I'm unable to download large files without waiting for attachment

Simplicity of UI, and huge database which covers several countries across different continents. It is value for money.

Cons

Pros

Lead411 pays for itself within the first month—period. We were hemorrhaging budget on a major competitor that charged enterprise prices for mediocre results. Switching to Lead411 cut our cost-per-qualified-lead by 60% while simultaneously improving our pipeline quality. The Bombora intent data integration means we're reaching prospects at exactly the right moment, and the trigger alerts (funding announcements, leadership changes, new locations) give our reps perfect conversation starters. Also, it so easy to use, love to just run a name and get the link, my workflow is awesome!

Cons

Lack of natural integrations with CRM and AI. If there was more agenic A and ability to read unstructured text inquiries would love it.
