I would recommend this team to anyone. In many cases, they were more helpful with the details of our ERP than the ERP provider

Pros

They were very responsive to questions, professional, and knowledgeable about our ERP software. The dashboard is user friendly.

Cons

There was an abrupt halt once the testing was completed. Once everything worked, the project just ended with an email.

SPS Analytics has provided critical sell through information that we use to drive our business and strategy with top tier retailers. Their service is excellent, and I have learned some new tricks from my online sessions with our rep and support team.

Pros

Ultimately making data driven business decisions are critical for suppliers and retail partners. SPS Commerce gives me the sales information needed in real time to make data driven recommendations to our customers, improving their business and ours.

Cons

The learning curve. It was not extremely intuitive at first, but gets easier once you commit some time. SPS also has excellent support and our reps have been very helpful and willing to hop on calls to troubleshot.

Overall, my experience with SPS Commerce Analytics was very positive. It’s a strong analytics platform for companies managing retail, EDI, and supply chain operations, particularly for businesses that rely on data-driven insights to improve efficiency and retailer relationships. The system provided reliable reporting, useful forecasting insights, and helped identify operational opportunities faster. While there are areas where usability could improve, the value it delivers in reporting accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency makes it a very effective solution overall.

Pros

What I liked most about SPS Commerce Analytics was the visibility it provided into retail and supply chain performance. The dashboards and reporting tools made it much easier to track sales trends, inventory movement, order accuracy, and retailer performance in one place. I also appreciated how customizable the reports were, allowing teams to focus on the metrics that mattered most to the business. The platform helped improve decision-making by turning large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights.

Cons

One downside was that the interface could sometimes feel overwhelming for new users, especially when navigating more advanced reporting features. Some reports also took time to customize properly, and there was a learning curve when setting up dashboards or filtering complex data sets. In certain cases, exporting data or integrating with other internal systems could have been more streamlined.
