They have surfaced many pre-existing defects in our applications that prior testing efforts had missed, regressions are now caught before they reach customers, and our engineers are back to focusing on building product. Almost four months in, they feel like an embedded part of our team and have become a partner we wish we had brought on much sooner. Pros Their customer support is one the most responsive we have experienced from any vendor. We work with them entirely over Slack, and we get real human responses at any hour of the day. On the test management side, they own scripting, execution, and triage end to end, and when a test fails they immediately determine whether it is a real product bug or a test that needs updating, so our engineers never have to interpret results themselves. We now have a reliable test framework on both Android and iOS, and are working with QA Wolf to covert more manual tests to automated. Pros QA Wolf created an automated test suite for our app quickly. They were able to get a number tests created in a short amount of time. In addition, they've been proactively communicating with us the entire way - making sure we are getting the results we want, and finding ways to improve upon the tests. Each test is targeted and thorough. When problems are found, they are quickly assessed and a bug is reported with clear details on the issue. Cons There could be a better way to alert QA Wolf that a bug has been addressed and ready to be tested again. On a few occasions, completed bugs remained open in QA Wolf.
