Also the option to add a blur filter between the stock video and the text would again lift this. Pros Script building and the accuracy of the auto video selection - for the videos I have produce on average 7/10 of the video selected is good. Cons I don't think there are enough British voiced ai voices - I also have struggles with the speed of speech and a general feeling that most lack a sales type presence. Pros Simple to use and a nice sized library of visuals with a reasonable subscription price. Cons I've noticed some bugs, specifically when you duplicate a video (I do this often because I first make a longer video then duplicate it to trim it and make a short version) you will often lose the the text from the original video and it will change it to the initial text created by AI when you use Article to video. Pros I just input the text, and the software will select the videos for me and caption them. I just need to spend some time editing the videos for some scenes and also splitting scenes when there's too much text on a particular scene. The recent collaboration with ElevenLabs and Getty Images has boosted the quality of the videos. Cons The auto voice generator can often mispronounce certain terms. Pictory got us about 90% of the way there fairly easily and quickly. It gave us a great approach to bringing words to life so, we're hooked. If you have a big budget, this isn't for you, and the quality of your video will depend on you, it's garbage in, garbage out. If your sense of taste is all in your mouth, you'll probably want to get someone else to use this for you. I recently saw a truly horrific promo webinar that used it where it had no artistic sense. But that wasn't Pictory's fault... Pros The way Pictory turns your script into a pretty usable video with little effort or investment in time. It makes it very easy to create wonderful videos. Pros I really love the great job you and your team have done on creating a wonderful platform on which to create amazing videos. I have a new YouTube Channel called "Poetry in Motion" (see link below). So far, I have created 88 YouTube videos and YouTube shorts that "bring to life" some of the many poems I have written. I started this channel about 4 weeks ago, and already I have over 17,000 subscribers. I love the number of videos that I have to choose from in your video library, and the choices of background music are awesome. Your AI voice library is great, but I do wish you offered more Eleven Labs options. Cons There seem to be some "bugs" in the logic that controls frame lengths. When I make a change to the length of a given frame, the software seems to change the length of other frames. Also, when I position the cursor on a given frame, and then go to the video library to select a scene, the position of the frame I originally selected is changed to another frame. I have to always double check which frame I am on. Pros I like the script to video feature and the article to video feature. Cons I haven’t found a way to set the aspect ratio for a video prior to creation; and once you create a video with a specific dimension, when you go to resize it for another platform, it doesn’t resize well. For instance, when you make a YouTube video 16:9 and go to resize it for TikTok video 9:16 the images exceed the border. It would also be nice if victory had a talking avatar creation feature. Pros I used it primarily for text to video in a corporate setting. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Pictory selected a wide range of clips that aligned with my text, and these were most often usable without changes. I replaced a few of the clips and images with my own media, and this process was quick and easy. If you're looking for a simple way to create videos, without learning high-end production software, Pictory is the best option I've found. Cons The AI generated voices were better than some, but I felt it was obvious that they were AI. This won't work in my particular environment, so I uploaded my own audio. The user interface is easy to navigate, and the various features are well-designed.But wait, there is more Pictory can also produce a video based on a script, allows you to edit a video using text, or offers a Visuals to Video mode.
