Cons The over-simplicity, sometimes it felt like features were missing or that we had to go the faq to figure it out. A tool like this is important to stay connected to each other. Pros We were looking for something that was easy to use and was obvious how you were supposed to use it. We looked at a bunch of options and they were all sort of a mess. This was the cheapest product we looked at. Cons Their green default branding is not for me. If you use the free version you are stuck with it.
