Pros It's very easy to use interface. Lot of different sections like pos management, CRM, Accounting etc. There is really good integrations with it's own sections. Also really good reportings. Furthermore, this system can be used anywhere at anytime with a simple internet access . Implementing informations are simple and really user friendly. And last but not least, the whole Elektra team is ready to help and solve your problem 24h without any extra charges. Cons In terms of PMS system , it is important to work on confirmation letters ( customization free, email storage ) and most importantly german language. but another than that we are not really facing with an operative issue. Pros We can instantly reach detailed reports for entire company, on a group basis. Elektra has a built in rate management module, so there is no need to use a third party channel manager solution. Our company has 5 hotel units and 3 restaurants, we can easily manage all properties on one single web app. Cons No cons but maybe users are looking for a lite version for the mobile devices. Thanks to the automatic quota feature, I do not have a problem with opening and closing sales. Elektraweb does the work of 3 staff for a hotelier.
