Overall they are fantastic. Love working with the team and will continue to recommend them highly to my clients

Pros

What drew me to Pinch originally is their flexibility through the API to connect our internal CRM to their payment platform to create a seamless experience for our customers. We've been with Pinch now for more than 6 years and I continue to recommend them to businesses looking for payment solutions for their business

Cons

Their support during a migration for a client was a bit clunky and communication could have been better. I saw it at the time as more of a person than a business issue. To their credit they've since addressed the challenge and migrations since then have been well communicated and managed

Wonderful! The platform just works. No ifs, buts, ands or maybes. Its Australian Banking compliant, integrates seamlessly and both the company and customer portals are easy to use and navigate. Online payments are simple for customers to pay you and payments in are reconciled with ease. Great work. Would recommend to anyone!

Pros

Ive used almost every payment portal over the years and this by far and away the best. Easy to use, simple to set up and our customers are happy that it's an Australian based company. Low fees, fantastic integration with Xero and the team are always happy to help and look at implementing suggested feature updates.

Cons

Nothing - it's been amazing and if they keep up the level of support and it continues the way it has been, I wont be changing platforms!

Payrix is clunky, hard to navigate, fees are out of control, no portal for customers to enable viewing of all outstanding invoices, very difficult for customers to udpate payment details. Support was atrocious.
