ScaleXP is one of those rare tools where the product and the people behind it are equally impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any finance team looking to get more from Xero without the overhead of a full ERP. Pros ScaleXP adds functionality to Xero that would usually require a much more powerful accounts package or ERP, helping to reduce month-end close time and presenting data in a clear and informative manner — for both finance and non-finance users alike. The GUI is nice. The team is responsive. We switched from Maxio after using them for several years and are much happier...not to mention, grateful for the lower pricing! Pros Flexible revenue recognition...on par if not better than Maxio, our previous revenue recognition vendor. We love the customer waterfall feature and the ability to catch errors and correct on the spot. Also love the clever way to treat prepaid usage and the ability to find and amortize prepaid expenses. We keep running in to broken transaction links and hiccups with some of our complex invoices.
