J'ai testé 5 logiciels de gestion de projet différents avant de choisir bubbleplan. Sa simplicité et son esthétique font de bubbleplan un logiciel incontournable dans la gestion de projet

Pros

Sa simplicité d'utilisation. Là où les autres logiciels nécessite plusieurs manipulation, chez bubbleplan, ça se fait en quelques clics

Cons

Les interactions avec d'autres logiciels. A part outlook, il n'est pas possible de connecter bubbleplan, là où une connexion a github serait grandement apprécié

Avec plus de 100 licences , nous avons ete accompagnés par notre contact pour offrir les meilleurs moyens d'utiliser ce produit aux multiples facettes.

Pros

Le management visuel, la facilité de mise en oeurvre, l'orientation Gantt (gestion de projets) couplé aisement à l'orientation Kanban (gestion des actions), une roadmap d'ameloiration avec des acteurs à l'ecoute....

Cons

l'aspect management des comptes est bien trop unitaire (absence d'actions multiples)

Bubble Plan est un logiciel intuitif, qui évolue régulièrement. Les équipes Bubble Plan prennent en compte les retours clients et font évoluer la solution en conséquence ce qui est très appréciable. C'est l'outil idéal pour suivre un petit portefeuille de projet.

Pros

Bubble Plan est un outil facile à prendre en main. Il permet de faire des planning projet selon nos besoins. Le rendu est visuel, facilement modifiable et beaucoup moins contraignant qu'un MSProject. Les licences business et entreprise permettent d'avoir une vue portefeuille et des dashboard standard.

Cons

En amélioration je permettrais à l'administrateur de réinitialiser les mots de passes des utilisateurs et peut être aussi d'y ajouter des tags pour lui permettre de les rangers de manière moins linéaires (par équipe ou projet).

Je tiens à jour un calendrier des déploiements et des livraisons qui impactent le réseau de mon entreprise et c'est l'outil idéal, idéal à partager et idéal à gérer car très simple, très intuitif et très visuel. Il est très apprécié.

Pros

il est très intuitif et très simple à utiliser.

Cons

le seul inconvénient pour moi est le nombre restreint d'administrateurs (sur la licence la moins chère) sinon préférez la licence premium plus souple.

\- Le fait que Bubble Plan fonctionne avec teams, drive, google calendar et bien d'autres solutions est un gros plus !- Il est relativement simple de s'adapter et de comprendre le fonctionnement de l'outil

Cons

\- Bubble plan est gratuit seulement pour 1 seul contributeur et pour un mono-projet- Design un peu ancien par rapport à d'autres concurrents comme monday, Trello etc.

Très intuitif, simple, visualisation super et à la fois les fonctionnalités sont très développées ce qui permet de travailler de façon optimum.

Pros

Très facile de créer des plannings et de pouvoir les superposer; Facile pour gérer les assignations avec la version payante

Cons

Malheureusement n'est pas implanté sur des serveurs canadiens, donc nous ne pouvons pas le déployer à l'interne. J'utilise donc juste la version gratuite pour ma planification personnel de mes projets au musée

Les plannings, par leur aspect ludique, peuvent être utilisés en réunion pour illustrer facilement l’empilement des sujets et le besoin de priorisations. Chaque chef de projet se l’est approprié sans aucune formation, ni question. Un vrai gain pour l’adoption rapide et le déploiement.

Pros

\- Créer ou déplacer une bulle/jalon d’un seul clic: cela permet de tester différentes configurations et d'arbitrer les priorités visuellement. - On peut collaborer à plusieurs sur le même planning : le système d’alerte permet de savoir quand des modifications ont été effectuées, et les changements liés aux projets de chacun. - Exporter en HD, uniquement certaines lignes, en faisant varier la plage de dates et en adaptant le format au support de présentation, avec un résultat plus ou moins compact.

Cons

L'outil d'export HD est parfois lent et ne sauvegarde pas la dernière configuration utilisée.

Dans la petite structure interne de la DSI, chaque collaborateur est polyvalent selon les projets. Chacun avait par ailleurs des habitudes sur Excel, PowerPoint et autres pour planifier et suivre les projets. Mais il y a, à la fois, une volonté de suivi des roadmaps annuelles des services, de communication avec les autres directions et de production de plannings rapides pour des présentations projet.

Bubble Plan nous a aidé à réduire le temps passé à travailler sur un projet grâce à son interface clair et facile à comprendre. L’aide visuelle a clarifié les tâches et responsabilités de chaque membre de l’équipe.

Pros

Le logiciel est très intuitif et possède une interface claire et nette pour la gestion de nos projets et optimiser notre efficacité de travail.

Cons

Il requiert un peu de temps d’apprentissage pour se familiariser avec tous les outils et fonctionnalités disponibles. Une fois cela fait, l’outil devient indispensable à notre travail.

L’aide visuelle et les détails ajouter à chaque projets aide chaque utilisateurs à savoir exactement quelle est la prochaine étape d’un projet, et réduit les pertes de temps tout en augmentant la productivité.

Pros

Son interface claire et nette nous aide à gérer nos projets et concentrer nos efforts en voyant quelles tâches doivent encore être accomplies.

Cons

Il faut d’abord passer un peu de temps à se familiariser avec tous les outils et fonctionnalités disponibles, mais une fois cela fait, son utilisation devient un bénéfice clair.

Nous avons une écoute vraiment attentive depuis le début de la consultation et maintenant cela se poursuit pour la recherche de solutions nous permettant de gagner du temps.

Pros

Une interface simple et ludique, ayant des collaborateurs hétérogènes au point de vue des compétences informatiques, il fallait un outil simple d'utilisation.

Cons

Un planning moins lisible avec une superposition de tâche selon la taille de la colonne.

Nous l'utilisons comme outil de gestion de projet ainsi que pour la comptabilité analytique avec la gestion des charges.

Pros

Simplicité d'utilisation et efficacité, une équipe vraiment à l'écoute et très réactive !

Cons

il manque l'application mobile et une meilleure intégration dans d'autres outils comme google Workspace.

Bubble plan a aidé l'entreprise a intégrer un logiciel de planification collaboratif afin d'améliorer la communication interne.

Pros

Bubble plan et simple et collaboratif, il permet d'avoir une vision synthétique d'un projet en quelques secondes. Ses tableaux de bords sont très intéressants pour les chefs de projets et responsables.

Cons

Lorsque l'on vient de logiciel de planification avancés on aimerait quelques options supplémentaires. Comme par exemple une meilleure gestion des couts.
