I’ve been using Crexi for a little over three years we use it to list all of our commercial spaces when they are available as well as third-party representation spaces in land, whether it’s a sale or purchase.

Pros

The amount of detail that goes into each listing is a little bit more than some competitors. However, the information that is requested is most useful and beneficial to listing your commercial property and all its details.

Cons

The cost of Crexi to get the full package to where you can contact your leads and see their information with emails and/or contact phone numbers is actually more than what it cost through Loopnet, which is their direct competitor and they’re actually larger.
