Great information and great course with helpful information.

Cons

I took the exam for the EPA Certification and I had the people interrupting me and talking while I was taking this test. Was a terrible experience. Not to Mention you cant understand anything they are saying

Considering my blood pressure is through the roof with the hassle of a non working 3D simulation, I say it is pretty damn awful...

Pros

No Pros at all... You would think it would be awesome to gain actual experience from the 3D simulation but the whole program is a fraud and a scam...

Cons

The 3D simulation is a great idea if it actually worked! Spent nearly 20 minutes just fighting the part where you move your multimeter leads to troubleshoot the problem. Had to give up in order to save my laptop from smashing it on the floor. For a 40 dollar subscription, nothing works at all.... And that's the scam!

I personally enjoyed the hands-on aspect of seeing the work from the employee's or technician's perspective.

Cons

There was a software glitch which provided me with a gap in the program, delaying my completion.

Pros

How easy it was to use and pickup progress where i left off the day previous.

Cons

i did not like the lack of detail in the challenge sections because when picking the correct answer, it wouldn't register and glitch stating that I answered it incorrectly.

The product works great and is always growing. We occasionally have issues with some of the VR streaming but have figured out with tech support how to resolve most of them.

Pros

It is easy to use, and allows our students to supplement in-class and laboratory learning with real-life AI scenarios to hone their skills and see what troubleshooting looks like in action.

Cons

Separating users into groups and administering was tricky to figure out, but we caught on quick and have been moving along at lightning speed ever since.

Pros

Our younger trainees report that they enjoy the VR training environment.

Cons

I've tried numerous times to reach out to Interplay to purchase more licenses. No one answer the phone. No one responds to voicemails. No one responds to emails. I've resorted to having technicians share accounts, which makes tracking impossible.
