Pros

The 3D simulations, use of tools, allowing students to trouble shoot a system without having actual voltage present.

Cons

Load time, hard to use on a mobile device, some simulations are glitchy. Cost

However, having loading issues is always frustrating, we're so sorry you experienced that. If they ever become a persistent problem, or if you encounter any more glitches, please feel free to reach out to our Support team at support@interplaylearning.com and they will have some troubleshooting steps they can work with you to try! If a resolution can't be achieved through troubleshooting, we'll get a backend fix on our development schedule. Regarding mobile devices, those are best for videos and quizzes, but when it comes to the 3D sims, an iPad, Android tablet, or computer device will be required to launch the sims successfully. It helps entry level and mdi level employees learn on their own time. Thus making them somewhat more knowledgeable and ready to work

Software is easy to navigate and user friendly

The response time for help with the questions you do have take to long.

Overall I think this is a very useful product and we love using it on our team.

Pros

The content is great. This is a great resource for training up new hires and provides nice refreshers for our other tenured staff.

Cons

The software is a bit slow to get started up and has a lot of freezes/crashes if you don't use the app.

### "Student Focused Simulations "

Pros

The 3D simulations are the most impactful. Instructional videos assist with knowledge and skill mastery. The lessons were effortlessly integrated with our learning system.

Cons

There is nothing I feel to be missing from specific content.

How easy it was to use and pickup progress where i left off the day previous.

Cons

i did not like the lack of detail in the challenge sections because when picking the correct answer, it wouldn't register and glitch stating that I answered it incorrectly.
