My wife and I have been actively using it and we've both started eating healthier, lost weight and gained energy. Our dogs love the extra walks that are being done. Pros When engaging with the product, one has a choice to invest the appropriate time and energy in setting and achieving goals. What Vitality has offers goals for both physical as well as mental wellbeing. Rewards are pretty decent and taps into a variety of fitness devices, magazines and vouchers. While it would be nice to have a larger selection, it certainly is decent enough (and the use of vouchers make it easier to get that one thing you would like). There are a wide range and variety of goals that take into account the particular user, a strong focus on education with videos, 'mini courses' and challenges that also helps in building out one's knowledge. I liked the variety of goals - it is more than 'just' a physical activity challenge tracker. Cons I find the product sometimes communicates excessively - whilst I appreciate getting a reminder notification (especially when doing some of the longer running challenges), it would sometimes send multiple reminders on a single day.
