Whenever the team has a question - the support managers are always quick to respond. Wouldn't work with anyone else! Pros The events portion is what I use the most. I find this really easy to navigate and very useful for fashion week shows, seated events, etc. Cons There are some functions that aren't as flexible as one would want. For example - if you upload a seating chart, there's no way to alter it. I wish there was a way to do this, but I'm sure the team will be looking for improvements as they always do. November 5, 2018 5.0 We use the program for a variety of events from Fashion Runway Shows to Charity Galas, we even did a Charity Golf Event last month where every golf cart had a "table" number... all have been able to be managed beautifully & in a fraction of the time as our events were "Pre-Launch Metrics"... or as we refer to it: The Dark Ages! Pros We used to manage our events the old-fashioned way... spreadsheets & Post-It notes on paper table schematics. Move a person, move their stickie note, update the spreadsheet & hope, come event day, everything got done correctly. God forbid someone arrives at the event & wants to be moved... impossible! Now, with Launchmetrics, we can take reservations up until a few hours prior to the event & all will be seamlessly integrated. Never worry about making a last minute, or in the minute, change... all is 100% seamless. Show up, open up the app & start checking in your guests... it really is that simple. Cons Some of the interaction is less than intuitive, but what the attendee sees, is very much so. There are some confusing issues with linking contacts in Radar & there are significant numbers of requests that come in once an event hits Radar, but once the system is learned, it all makes sense. November 8, 2018 5.0 The Launchmetrics team is very responsive and helpful. Whenever we have had questions, they immediately spring into action to help us. They also consider our feedback when it comes to updating the software. Pros The software, especially with the new updates is extremely easy to use. They've thought of most possibilities and tools that would be needed for running an event. Cons I used to not like the tools for formatting invites, but that has since been updated and is now really user friendly. Most of the times, all the information we need about editors, influencers, events, etc. we can easily find on Launchmetrics. Cons The one issue I have is that it's a bit difficult to navigate at first. There is so much on there, that when you don't know how to use the software yet, it can be a bit overwhelming. I mostly use basic functions on the Fashion GPS platform (creating/sending out blast emails, creating/managing events, etc.), but whenever I do want to try something new and have a question, the Launchmetrics team is extremely quick to respond and provide assistance. Cons Some editors / stylists unsubscribe from Fashion GPS blasts and you have to manually check to see which ones did not receive the blast. It would be great if you could immediately be sent a list of the recipients who did not receive the blast due to being unsubscribed/wrong email address, etc. so that you can quickly shoot them a personal email to ensure your message reaches them. It's so helpful to be able to move around while managing my check in team. Cons When pulling reports after the event we sometimes find that due to lack of internet connection or some other glitch, our reports are not reflective of the actual attendees. Pros Launchmetrics has helped to change front of house fashion show production for the best. The ease in selecting invitees, monitoring responses and completing seating is efficient and fast. I would not produce a fashion show without it. Cons There is not an opportunity to have multiple windows open at one time--you have to click on one screen, mark it and go back to the other screen. Cons I dislike the fact that previous show lists are almost immediately archived. I also think that it would be more convenient if you could add guests and their seats directly from the phone apps. Customer service is also great and always happy to answer questions on the phone and to look into features for improvement. Support team , NY's on-site manager is ever so helpful and was a god-send during fashion week. Cons There are some kinks with the invite send out that can be improved-- such as having to duplicate invites every time we send a new group of people the same invite to the same event. A great solution to keep all the information regarding an event in just one place: invitees, seating plans, check in reports... Its features really simplify the event planning process. Great customer support. Cons The message that comes out right after the invitee has confirmed is not very eye-catching.
