Overall: I loved the simplicity and efficiency of the platform, which has allowed me to focus on growing my business instead of worrying about technical aspects.
Pros: How simple and quick the process of launching my online store was and I didn't have to worry about coding or complicated settings, everything was very easy to understand and customize to my liking.
Cons: One of my least favorite things is the lack of advanced customization in terms of design and features.

Overall: Mi experiencia con Dukaan es bastante buena. Su bajo precio y su facilidad de implementacion y uso fue lo que hicieron que me decantaran por ese ecomerce
Pros: Lo que mas me ha gustado de Dukaan ha sido su sencillez de uso y la facilidad funcionamiento la tienda. Otra de las cosas que me han resultado interesante es poder acceder desde el telefono movil tanto para gestionar la tienda nosotros como para que los clientes puedan realizar sus compras
Cons: Hasta el momento estoy muy contento con dukaan, lo unico que puedo decir aspecto negativo que he encontrado hasta el momento esque no este en español

Pros: I would like to emphasize that I am very grateful for the support you gave me through the customer service chat. I also quite liked his "mobile first" vision.
Cons: It would be very beneficial if they could improve the Android and IOS version of their app and if they could offer a greater variety of customization templates for the free version.

Cons: He echado en falta más opciones de personalización, aunque lo que ofrece de por sí ya es bastante completo y útil
