The tool offers endless possibilities and we are limited only by our imagination. It can be used for lead generation, lead enrichment, audience segmentation and personalization with quizzes. Pros YouEngage has a simple and effective 5 step process to create out of the box interactive experiences : Build - Design- Configure - Distribute- Analyze. The features worth talking about are conditional logic option to create different paths for your audience depending on their answers to previous questions, multiple thank you screens that can have their own call-to-action button, a wide range of question types, webhooks to pull data to other tools and apps, ability to capture partial results, a fairly large number of embed options and a promising roadmap which reflects their commitment to improve the platform over time. Cons While YouEngage has a lot of features that will allow you to create engaging digital experiences, it does have some drawbacks which need to be plugged over time by their team. As of now, the tool does not feature a real-time leaderboard option that can significantly enhance the user experience. As of now, the other missing features for me are email integration with the major providers, google sheets integration, a relatively low number of templates to draw inspiration from, and the inability to send email notifications. Having said that, I understand that most of these wanted features are in their roadmap - i.e. if they deliver on their promises. Review Source TB Thomas B. YouEngage has introduced a feature to allow you to run polls and surveys during online events, which is really a nice touch. If polls are included with event software, they usually pretty rudimentary and almost an afterthought. A nice, well-presented poll is going to get a lot more engagement, so YouEngage really helps with engagement during online events. Pros The nicest thing is that this software produces beautiful surveys, polls, quizzes, forms, and even calculators. Everything is completely customizable and there are lots of options to embed on your website while still keeping everything looking great. I never fail to get compliments on surveys I put together in YouEngage. Cons There are a lot of options and customizations, so some people may find that there is a bit of a learning curve. July 15, 2021 5.0 Pros The ease of use of the software to create quizzes and surveys for our users and the ability to push the users responses to google tag manager is great. Allows us to better understand our audience so we can refine our marketing. Cons I would like them to natively integration with email tools and CRMs, so we can automatically sync their data with our CRM. I also like the calm background on the page that makes the quiz the only focus. Pros The software is so darn simple it's a nobrainer to set up. They even give you a bunch of templates so you can easily follow the various types of quizzes. It was super robust when we did a live event contest at a festival. Cons I think the fact I can't embed it on a page makes it hard for me to push it to some of my clients. I conduct training sessions that includes surveys and polling. I have specifically used youengage in lieu of SurveyMonkey and MS Forms for pre-workshop polls. I plan to work on using youengage for in session polls as well. The survey is much more engaging and inviting - and it is much easier to use skip logic for the surveys. I love the images and participant view - it makes taking the survey a much better experience. I have tinkered with the live events feature, still getting the hang of it, I think there are some opportunities here as the polling is a little limited, but based on what I see with surveys and their roadmap - I am sure this is going to be better to use than PollEverywhere or other polling solutions that cost much more. I think this is a great value if you have a need for engaging participants of workshops before, during, and after the event (with the caveat that the polling is currently limited for during the workshop). Pros I loved the visualizations of the surveys you can create along with the ease of developing a survey that stands out at unique to participants. It is very easy to use software with a promising roadmap. Cons The reporting from the survey results might be improved a bit. You can export as an Excel document, but will be better to be able to export reports as PowerPoints or PDFs for use with others and in an easier way. Some of the live events/polling features need to be improved - but this is in the roadmap. Review Source François H. The thing that I like about young engage is that they're building their company on real, tangible value. Their team has a deep understanding of the market and is solving a real need. Youengage is built on the idea that people want to be creative, but they don't want to have to learn code. It's an intuitive platform that anyone can use to create.
