Karing cumple con su objetivo, sin embargo puede mejorar.

Pros

Es un programa sencillo de aprender, habla por si solo.

Cons

En la generacion de certificado de rencion siempre se debe digitar el titulo del certificado y no permite guardar los cambios, la nomina electronica deja pasar errores, no tiene una forma de validacion acertada, en la generacion del balance de prueba al cambiar del norma se debe volver a configurar la cuenta que se esta consultando, el tiempo de inactividad es muy corto.

En los puntos anteriores he dejado mis comentarios.

Pros

la facilidad en que se pueden enlazar los procesos del sector turismo, servicios y la contabilidad

Cons

Que cuando se es nuevo en Karing a diferencia de otros software se debe invertir mucho dinero en capacitaciones. Ya que otros software brindan un itinerario completo, amplio y de mucho tiempo en pro de aprender todo lo relacionado al uso del aplicativo. Tampoco me gusta que cuando uno está en el exterior no te puedes conectar a menos que te den un permiso de habilitacion de IP (algo que está mal ya que cuando uno viaja no estamos conectados a la misma red y debemos cambiar de lugar cada 12 o 24 horas)

es una buena herramienta, seria bueno que existieran videos como se tenían en la anterior herramienta eran muy útiles, asimismo seria bueno capacitaciones sobre temas de la herramienta

Pros

Es de fácil manejo, no se necesita ser contador, lo malo son las actualizaciones, en nuestro caso particular en una de las actualizaciones se daño el modulo de cxp aparecieron mas de 300 cuentas pedimos soporte y nos indicaron que las realizamos manual

Cons

Consideramos que a veces las personas que atienden el soporte no entienden bien la consultas y por eso no dan una solución.
