This product is multi-faceted. Additionally, the Customer Service is always superior, and they listen to ideas for improvement.

Few things offered that seems confusing at first and which takes time I think.
Financial reconciliation is painful. Lots of columns that seem to have similar names but different information means tracking HST painful.
Being a limited IT person it took me awhile to master the program.
It can be slow at times and seems to be prone to breakdowns. Specifically had a very difficult time with the “transfer” feature.

Overall: Have always loved it for our sailing courses.
Pros: Very easy to use and lots of choices to look after your registration, $ collection and end user information .
Cons: Sometimes too much information to wade through, especially to a new user.

Overall: I got a hang of producing reports, and entering details and tags after obtaining some support by email and phone (will normally require a day of waiting for a reply, though helpful). My main concern is that we work with summer staff that is often new every year. That means that training starts from scratch every year.
Pros: Elaborate data base to offer your products, whether good, services, or membership.
Cons: Very cumbersome, non-intuitive platform. It takes much time to get the hang of the program. If the user interface has a clear help section, that would help a lot. At the moment it is still sketchy.

Pros: Checklick does all the work involved in collecting fees for all manner of things - it makes tracking and the collection of information and payments so easy. I'm still learning about the many features of this program, but even with my limited knowledge it's a very valuable tool!
Cons: It's taking me a while to learn how to maneuver in the program, but the more time I spend poking around the easier it's becoming.

Overall: We have used Checklick to manage our sailing program's registration, fees, CANSail checklists and certificates for a few years, for over 500 students, with very few issues. We feel fortunate to have had personalized attention in setting up our site and customizing it to our needs, and that attention has carried over to support for any issues that have cropped up over time. The support team is quick to respond and generally very fast in resolving any issues.
Pros: Customer support from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his team is always helpful and more importantly, prompt. The integration of registration, checklists and certificate creation is great. I also really like the waitlist feature. It made it so much easier to keep our classes full especially during COVID.
Cons: I would really like to see some customizable options for creating specific reports and accessing information.

Overall: This will be our 6th season using Checklick to keep track of our sailing school registrations and payments. We are very appreciative to have access to this extremely helpful utility.
Pros: There are so many features that we love about this product! It helps us register and keep track of our clients. We can check purchases, create attendance sheets, easily transfer students to another session, and, when needed, issue refunds. Cloning Products and SKUs in the online store is very easy and helps replicate our classes from year to year. It is also easy to customize. This product is multi-faceted. Cons: Very rarely, but it happens, there is a small glitch that can occur in the software, but when we report it, Customer Service is at the ready to respond.

Pros: It is well set up for registrations and what i need to do on a daily basis to manage the program. Makes the accounting and registration process very simply and not sure what i would do without the program.
Cons: It can be slow at times and seems to be prone to breakdowns. Specifically had a very difficult time with the “transfer” feature. This is only problematic for me as I use checklick for multiple hours a day to run my program so if it isn’t working it can create big problems. Also could use additional features (ie. incremental payment).
