Pros

It is free to use tool. Premium tools can be used for trial period. Cost is low comparatively. user interface is also very convenient.

Cons

More features can be added, to make it a one stop destination.

Experience with 1Day is awesome. Quick customer support for any resolution. Very understandable and adaptable to customer's requirements.

Pros

Simple Design, Low cost, User Friendly software

Cons

Nothing as such. Fulfilled my all requirements. But they should keep upgrading and shouldn't stop here.

I am not the most technically savvy manager, and I normally need a lot of time and occasional help from my daughter to figure out new software. But I didn't have any trouble with 1Day. I really appreciate how simple the system is. I use it everyday on the computer, and again on my phone before ending each day.

Pros

We really wanted a small hotel that can run smoothly by itself. And 1Day helped us get there and more. Revenue went up as we connected to new online channels, and I never had to worry about double bookings again. After using 1Day, there was an immediate sense of order in the team, there was no longer any panic and confusion. And because it was so easy to use, the staff used it right away. This allowed us to focus on improving our service for the guests. This in turn led to good reviews and more guests. Before 1Day, we tried a bunch of other solutions, but most was just too cumbersome and confusing for me and the team. Sometimes, it was like pulling teeth to get staff to use them fully. But for 1Day, the staff quickly warmed up to it and it qiuckly became our bread and butter tool. I really like how the software focuses only on a few things, and does it very well.

Cons

The software does not have built-in features for keycard management, restaurant management and accounting, but it can integrate well with other vendors. There is currently no automatic integration with Quickbooks though, so we have to manually enter revenue data once a month. Thankfully their reports produce all the needed info and we just have to copy paste for now. According to their customer support, Quickbooks integration is part of the roadmap.

Pros

The software is very user friendly, it has an easy to understand interface that does not have to much going on at once. It did not take me long at all to figure out how to build room types, rates and start making reservations. It also is a plus that 1DAY has a completely free version with no commitment necessary.

Cons

With the software being newer 1DAY is still working on adding functions such as housekeeping, confirmation emails, etc. but they do put out regular updates
