very good. the support is excellent. the system well made. runs well for a long time even with millions of events.

Pros

The ease of use for the end user. Those that need to change things and check on things its all pretty easy to learn and lots of written help available in the window. works no outages or issues. going on 3 years of use. 0 outages caused my tracardi, its usually me not cleaning out old data and filling up the hardrives.

Cons

hard to copy and repeat things you have already created and want to make a small change on. you pretty much just have to redo it.

Realtime events, functions, flows, integration with elastic search etc has empowered us to create new revenue streams with fraction of cost of what we could get from other products. We recommend tracardi

Pros

There is one constant in digital marketing and that is the need to be responsive to the needs of your audience. To be responsive means testing ideas and getting them to market quickly. Tracardi solves this with a refreshing flexiable approach to subscriber unification and segmentation all built on leading scalable open source datastores that have flexiable data handling options. Also, Tracardi is open source with no vendor lock in so you don't have to be using a prescriptive set of products to get the best value.

Cons

Tracardi is relatively new to the CDP space and that means when compared to some others there is a small body of documentation from the community. I know that this will change as more people discover what Tracardi can do for them.

Excellent, particularly the exceptional support provided. We are contemplating becoming an integrator for this tool, especially given the substantial gap between the cost and potential income.

Pros

This product has its roots in open-source, making it highly adaptable and open to further expansion. This aligns perfectly with our use case, as we require a system that can seamlessly integrate with our existing infrastructure.

Cons

Tracardi does not offer a SAAS platform, but this was not a issue in our use-case.
